Food was FANTASTIC! I had an appetiser since I can't eat much food in one sitting. I ordered the Lasagna Fritta. Its one of my favorites! The food was so delicious that I couldnt stop eating evwn though I was STUFFED! ? The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice homey feel to it. Definitely stop by and have a bite if you're in the area!
My wife and I are recent re-plants from NC. We were in the area years ago, but the Beckley Olive Garden is relatively new and we had never eaten here before. We’ve had the opportunity to dine here in recent weeks several times. All experiences were good with quality food. Wait times varied, but were never out of line with expectations. Our last visit we experienced some off temperature soup, it was quickly taken care of and customer service was as it should have been. Overall, exceeded expectations. I believe they are worthy of repeat business.
So good. Was able to purchase gluten free pasta. Yay! My husband's salmon was delicious too! Nice waiter. Enjoyable experience.
After we got to a table and waited over half an hour for our waitress that never came back, a random employee took over our table because they saw that we where just sitting there forever. The food made me and my wife and baby sick today. Really sick. We all got sick and got completely different things. Maybe it was just bad timing. Who knows.
When my newborn and toddler was crying the staff here, even though they were very busy with dinner rush, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind in helping calm my children, get hot water to warm a bottle and actually took the time to color with my toddler while I took care of my newborn. With happy hearts and smiles they all touched my heart while this very tired traveling mama enjoyed a delicious meal with my happy babies.Thanks to you all!!!
Good service. We were impressed with the size of the entrees, as during previous visits we had been disappointed with the small servings.
We had a wonderful time..salad was on point! Amazing meatballs! Our server Matt needs a raise! He was great, so funny & fast at making all our needs met! Thank u guys
Waitress , was too busy to wait on me n my friend for about 10 mins , she kept saying . I be with you in a minute. I understand, people are busy . But , you stop and greet a new table , not talk on the run .She had 3 tables including ours .I watched . She finally got to us , forgot our lemons .I ordered shrimp scampi . Which now comes with raw asparagus in it . It is nasty .Will not order again .I had to ask for water refill.My friend had to ask twice for a go box . I just dont think it was the servers day .
12-5-2021 - I enjoyed everythingwe had here. From the shrimp to the breads to the lasagna and everything else we had. The waitress we had was awesome. Best service I've had and food in a long time, excellent.
The quality of food has drastically went down hill in my opinion. Service was awful too. I would say all of this was due to the fact that we arrived after 8pm so perhaps they was ready to start closing procedures. However, regardless of the time or any other factor customer service should be top priority. Remember restaurants are considered a hospitality business but there was zero hospitality on this night.
