They're slow. Unbelievably slow. Still haven't opened up their dining room (greedy much?). Did I mention that the minimum wait in the Drive-thru will likely be 15 minutes? Yeah. They're SLOW.Oh, and online curbside orders? Yep. Slow. Every single online curbside order I have had there I have waited 15 minutes or more.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. And all of the McDonald's in Beckley are owned by the same person, so avoid them all. ALL SLOW. ALL have closed dining rooms (Obviously greedy).
Freshest and softest biscuit I ever had from a McDonald's. Coffee didn't have the usual burnt taste either.

Food was fresh and drive thru staff were very polite and accommodating.

The Quarter pounder with cheese was sloppily made also it made my mom sick. I went back and they gave us a free ice tea and Sprite for my mom.
Food was great but I had ordered curbside through the app and they marked it delivered even though they had not brought it to us. Waited several more minutes and finally had to call them to get them to bring out our food. They had forgotten about us.
If you place a Moblie order before 10 better hope to get through the drive through line before 10 as well cause if not they refuse the order saying the don’t do mobile orders after 10.
I must admit that the Deluxe double quarter pounder has been the best burger ive had since i moved here 4 months ago and that includes the ones from Texas Roadhouse. Keep it up McDonalds!
