Waited 30 min on food which was made wrong so had to stand there another 10 min to wait on the correction. Got large sweet tea ( I love McDonald's sweet tea) and there s nothing sweet about it & was very bitter. They had ppl standing there longer than I did. The ppl that ordered b4 me got their food as I was leaving & they guy was very upset. Don't blame him either. I just think there wasn't enough ppl there working. The manager lady was doing most of it by herself.
We were traveling from Virginia to WV and stopped by at this Mcdonalds. We ordered our food, paid $14 (didnt get any receipt) for it and were told to wait as they r preparing our order. After waiting for 20mins we decided to go check in on our order but the doors were locked. Went back to the window and the lady there told us she forgot about our order and asked us to go back again in the long drive-thru line again. They have no value for customer’s time. Highly unprofessional attitude of the employees. Will not visit again
The experience I have had is always on point with service dine in or drivethru. The three Fs I'll say... Fast,Fresh,Friendly!!! The employees are very hard workers even when very shorthanded they continue to smile & hustle hearing the mangers say "Good Job Guys Keep It Up", a couple of employees are very friendly and always smiling and will go over and beyond to make their customers happy and want to come back! McDonald's Harp Rd will be the ONLY one I'll come to!! Thanks McDonald's Staff⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very disorganized. Teenagers goofing around and orders r wrong. U HAVE to order FRESH FRIES or u get old ones.
Food is at corporate standard.as with most retailers today everywhere is short staffed so 'fast' is not as it once was. Personnel were friendly under difficult conditions.
Great Location. Some not very pleasant workers but overall Quick n Fresh.

The guy at the window to give us our food was very nice and helpful. One item we purchased ( Mcdouble) from the value menu, we were charged more than the menu stated. Not a big deal but it adds up and McDonald's does this a lot.
