I'm a resident here in uptown Beckley who is unable to drive. It is so disappointing that this location refuses to serve guests inside the building. I have been told many many times over the last year "we keep our doors open from 7am to 7pm" However ! Every time I walk to enjoy my favorite McDonald's food. The doors are locked. This has happened over 20 times. And the fact that Management sits in the dining room sipping her coffee playing on her phone. All while watching guests trying to come in for lunch is disgusting! I give up on McDonald's for life. It's 2pm in the afternoon and you are refusing locals this isOutrageous!
Myself and some others were out running errands and we started to get hungry. Being that we all had ate at a McDonalds we figured this be the same as all the rest. We were wrong big time because the customer service was great and the employees very friendly
2nd time they've forgotten to send a happy meal with my order. Male manager was rude and interrupted me instead of finding a solution. He was yelling basically that they never mess up orders
Kids enjoyed their food. Staff is much nicer there. I don't know what's going on but I love it. Very friendly!
I want to know how I can get ahold of the owner ?? A manager just hung up on me because they’re was not cheese or pickles on none of the 4 cheese burgers I ordered and the pop tasted like carbonated water and the fries were cold . It was a online order and 6 cars went through the drive through while I was parked in the pickup spot and still had to pull up to the drive through to get my food because they was to LAZY OR HIGH to bring it to me ???? .
The food is absolutely nasty anymore especially their french fries. I will not be eating at this particular location anymore. The cooks do NOT know to make a burger the proper way. I actually got sick from this particular location. I won’t be going back to particular location. The McDouble’s are dry, and too much salt. When I tried to explain to the “assistant manager” he got rude with me. Besides whoever heard of the ice cream machine always being “broke”. This ridiculous for a McDonald’s location. Never going to spend my money there ever again!
The black manager who works the evening shift at Downtown Beckley McDs is the rudest, most hateful manager I’ve ever met in my life. When I’ve entered the building to go order. He said how did I get inside. Well the door was unlocked and it was open, duh! He seems to be really ignorant. He said that it’s his fault that he forgot to lock the entrance. Of course it’s his fault. He screamed at me and I’ve seen him screaming at the employees. I will be calling corporate on him because he is extremely rude and unprofessional. The employees are friendly and food was delicious and my orders was always correct.

One of the fastest McDonalds I've been to! Quality was one point as well. Would recommend
Service was slow. Fries were lukewarm at best, and sandwich was limp and disgusting. Not usually one to complain about fast food but this overwhelmingly bad.
