Ordered online 16 piece meal which comes with lemon cake and ordered ranch sauce and extra tarter sauce. Picked up meal they gave me honey mustard sauce I asked why they said they were out of ranch. But they didn't tell me that, and online chose lemon cake it gave me a choice of lemon or chocolate. Got home realized no lemon cake took an hour 35 minutes to get someone to answer the phone when I called back. A woman finally answered the woman said they aren't doing that promotion anymore I said it's on your website and I saw the commercial that's why I chose Long John today. She had no answer when I asked why they didn't tell me these things when I picked up the meal. In the comments I asked for extra extra tarter sauce got 4 but handfuls of the other sauce that I didn't order. Very disappointed ?
The food I ordered made me sick to my stomach. I was in so much pain I ordered two fish meal, and when I opened the box, it looked like two fish that was sick themselves. The fish was like a rubber band sitting in grease from when they opened. I could tell that they must have got busy and made an abundance of them, and they set there way too long. That meal cost me $7, which was the worst $7 meal in the world.
Cooked perfect. Loved it. Service was awesome ?? I'm going to always recommend them. Clean fast just awesome bunch and Brittney is the best
Man, this place has gone downhill! Don’t get me wrong—I know what kind of greasy food I’m getting when I go to a Long John’s. But this place looks so run down and unsanitary. Not only that but the employees we interacted with didn’t greet us and weren’t friendly at all. They looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to eat here so we walked out. At this rate I don’t see how this place is open. If you want some fast seafood, go down the street to Captain D’s.
Went there today and they have there stuff together..I ordered a family meal and everything was perfect..the cashier was awesome and friendly very clean..I will be back

I was not pleased with my take out order. I ordered the 2 piece fish, and 6 shrimp meal. The fish was over cooked, and dry. The shrimp was rubbery, and had a strange taste. The hush puppies was cold and old. Old oil taste. I will not be going back there, I will stick with Capitan D's. What a let down. Don't waste your time with this place.
