My fiancé and I were on the road home, and wanted to try Logan's Roadhouse. We each ordered a burger, medium well, and fries. We asked for extra ketchup because sometimes there isn't enough. Our burgers were well done, with almost no condiments on them. Plus there was no ketchup at all. It's the job of the restaurant to take an order and cook the customer's meal. If you can't cook the burger to what it was asked to be or provide extra (or any) ketchup, then why are you even in business? We won't be back. There are other good (and better) choices in Beckley, if we stay overnight in Beckley again.
Hostess seemed a little miffed, but got me to a table pretty quick. My server was excellent and attentive, but seemed to have a lot of ground to cover, either way top notch. Had the porterhouse with mushroom, spinach sauce (don't knock it ?), and a side of the crab cakes, ceaser, loaded potato and with a blue moon. Potato great, salad on point, steak paired nice but was just under medium rare. Would not recommend the crab cakes. Over all customers looked happy and it was not an unpleasant time. Would suggest sticking to an outlaw country radio station is my only real criticism, way too much Luke Bryan playing to actually 100% enjoy myself.
Great place for a family get together. The staff was very professional and courteous. The waitresses are on point making sure their tables are taken care of, but not to the point of being bothersome. The food was outstanding, cooked to perfection!
Tried to have a group dining for an anniversary party. The banquet room was very nice and we were allowed to set up our own decorations. When it came time to order lunch is when everything went sideways. They brought out salads but none of the soups. We were told they ran out of clean bowls. They started bringing entrées before people even had their soup. The waitstaff didn't note who ordered what. They just announced what they had and we got to argue over who's meal it was. My steak was given to someone else and I had to wait for another to be prepared. Everyone was finished eating before I received my meal.Do NOT go here for any type of group function.
Took my husband there for his birthday. It had been a couple of years since we were there last because of bad service and food. We gave it another chance. The waitress/bartender was extremely busy. She did as best as she could to take care of us. It took 45 minutes to get our filet and salad. It was dry as a bone. Don’t eat the chili either, it was horrible. Very disappointed again! If you want great rolls and a good salad, we recommend it as long as you have plenty of time to wait. The manager did give us a discount as was the right thing to do.This Logan’s is definitely not ran like the ones down south in NC.
The food was good and the service was fine. It was a very busy evening. A bigger table would have been nice. Four people at a small table with salad, steaks, rolls, it doesn't really work.
Great food and great price. Server was friendly and fast. The steak was exactly how I ordered it, which is rarely the case, usually it's to done or to undercooked.
Not the worst food I have eaten, but it’s pretty close. The steak was half connective tissue. Should have gone to Golden Corral. Seriously. And the potato skins.. ugh. Sad food with not great service. I’m sorry to my family for taking you here.
Asked for tap beer. Ordered appetizers and salad. Soon salads were served and we were told the rolls and beer would be there shortly.. didnt have honey mustard. Halfway through salad we.were brought a glass of water and told they just found bartender. Still no rolls. We left. Lousey service. Have been there many times no problems. This time was a nightmare. Won't be back for a long time
Service was good. Staff is always great and my steak was perfect. Only down was the salmon my wife got was not very good.
