The price is great, it's convenient, service is friendly. The pizza has a good flavor. We get cheese or pepperoni, add toppings when we get home and put it back in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes. It's crispy and the way we like our pizza. There are other restaurants with good pizza, but you just can't beat the price.The chicken wings have too much gristle for me, but my family likes it. A recent stop at Wild Wings, the wings were raw - come on! All skin and gristle. So, in comparison Little Cesar's has them beat! They really do offer a great value for what you get.
Drive thru last night, ordered 5 pizzas. I was told 15 minute wait, Asked to pull aside. 30 minutes later I reenter Drive thru to inquire. My order was stacked on shelf, I was told they just came out but they were COLD. They offered to remake if I waited Another 15 minutes. I had already been waiting over 40 minutes with No apology or acknowledgement of my inconvenience. The manager was rude. I accepted a refund and I will not return. Horrible service, incompetent workers.
I went through the drive thru and clearly stated that I wanted two orders of Italian cheesy bread one without the Italian seasoning and clearly the lady got rude with me and the Italian cheesy bread that I ordered without the Italian seasoning had it on it. The lady at the drive thru window is RUDE and very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would in a heart beat.
friday night at 830 and ball games letting out. you guys aren't selling pizza though. not closed but ovens off and 30 minute wait, they were mad we drove up at all. sorry to inconvenience you, but when yall shut down for good maybe read your reviews to figure out why.

When we moved to Beckley in August 2021 this particular Little Caesars Pizza was churning out some pretty good pizza. A short five months later and steadily declining product and service what could have been a 5-star rating is now one. The pickup portal isn't loaded with customer info, so one must wait on the cashier to open it for you to only be disappointed by pizzas that don't wow and are not fully cooked. Finally giving up on this location. Such a shame for Beckley.
Do not eat here....gave us a pizza that had black backed into the crust when you break the crust open it was mold!
Truly use to be great I got our stuff crust pepperoni the center of the pizza was dough really underbaked the zesty bread also underbaked. Waited 45 min. Because they gave my stuffed crust to a door dash.
I ordered my pizza on the app to pickup at the pizza portal. My order was wrong. It took quite some time to get the pizza and my sauce. Service was definitely what brought down the review.
