hmm not that good server was good food not so much
I've never been dissatisfied with an IHOP, but this place was terrible. It was one of the worst places I have ever ate at. They were slow, the food came out separately, and it all was cold. There were 7 of us, and none of us got anything hot. Had to ask several times for missing food and had to wait to receive our change back from our check for a good 10 minutes. Do not recommend and will not be back to this one.
My family arrived in Beckley late Monday night for my sister's funeral Tuesday. It was around 9:20 p.m. and we knew it would be tough to find a place where we could all eat together. My sister-in-law suggested IHOP and I thought that was a brilliant idea but we all figured it closed at 10:00 p.m. . We went anyway, hoping we could squeeze in a quick dinner. Turned out to be a great experience. Sharon, our waitress, bent over backwards to accommodate us. A big thank you to IHOP Beckley for taking good care of us!
The food was great but the server brought us our food and forgot about us didn't bring me my drink until I said something to her
French toast good. They can't offer a ton of flavor syrups on table do to covid restrictions. Totally understandable.
Worst service ever ! Been here 50 minutes with only 8 tables seated and still no food ! -10 stars
Extremely slow. Was told 15 minutes wait. Waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Ordered our food. Waited over an hour and still no food. Watched people who were seated after us and ordered after us recieve their food. Our server walked by us multiple times but never asked if we were okay or tried to explain why it was taking so long. We eventually left. No intentions of coming back. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've had this treatment.
This is probably one of the best locations I've been to. The service is great and I haven't had anything that I don't like.
Everything was clean. I walk with a walker and the host(ess) asked me if I wanted a seat close by or if I would rather go farther into the restaurant. That impressed me! I'd never been asked that before. I was actually given a choice! The food was great and there was so much of it that I took home enough for my evening meal.
People were walking out because they hadn't received their food. Those who did get their food complained of it being cold. The manager wasn't coming out to talk to the unsatisfied customers. I've never seen it like that at this location. There's a problem.
