So I came through your drive through this morning because I had a wonderful idea to take some of my good accounts a dozen of donuts. It was a last minute decision but I thought it would be good for my accounts and good for your business. So I ordered 5 dozen of assorted donuts. I was told to pull around to the window . So it was a $57 purchase and I get no thank you or appreciation for my purchase , I get know “we appreciate your business” , no instead I get this man who comes to the window and shouts “next time you need to call a head for this order this is a big order… you got it”… So I literally have to catch my breath I felt certain I’d get a thank you for such a nice purchase…. But know I get chewed out and talked down to for a $57 purchase… no thanks … never again. Ever!
Will not be going back to this place for breakfast sandwiches again. Told the men who took our order that we had never ate breakfast from there before and asked what would be good said everything was good well I have news for you it was horrible and I'm not sure what it was we ate but it was not what it was suppose to be. We do not plan on going back there for breakfast sandwiches anymore we know that for sure

Order was totally wrong. Was given the same cold drink 3 times. Ordered a hot drink. The Avocado toast with bacon had no bacon. Said they fixed it. Nope just got charged for it.
I work here. Great staff and great customers. Nice, calm and a relaxing environment. ??
This location is ran terrible. I went in three hours before close and all of the donuts were pulled off of the labeled donut display and put on a cart. There were three employees standing around talking, and one doing the work. Terrible!

So almost completely out of doughnuts 2 hours before they close. Seriously, close at 10 and at 8 the Door Dasher calls and tells me they are out of everything... You seriously can't make doughnuts the last two hours you're open? If you don't want to do anything then just close.
Today I witnessed two employees at the Beckley WV location yelling and threatening an elderly customer because he asked for help at the counter. He was told to “get a job application and help them” and that he had “10 seconds to get out”. The employee then counted down while calling the police it was shameful and corporate was notified.
Staff was super friendly and a beautifully clean store, but service was a little on the slow side of things. I believe they had some technical issues the day I was there. But I absolutely loved the new pumpkin spice cold brew!
