Food was Cracker Barrel standard and very good after a long day on the road. Service was good. But, something was not right. We have never been to a Cracker Barrel where so many tables were not cleared. 7 in our area alone. Our server was clearing between taking care of their customers. Others were just standing around and not pitching in. I do not think they cared that some customers were picking up their tips and leaving.
Our server, Sandy, was very sweet. Hash brown casserole was cold, an order of grits literally had 4 bites in the dish. Most disappointing was my pancakes because I was really looking forward to them that's why I ordered Mama's pancake breakfast. Every other Cracker Barrel the pancakes are hot and crispy around the edges. Mine today were soggy and gross. Disappointing experience all the way around for $30. Meh.

This place nailed it! Saturday 4/9/22 about 9:30They were packed, we went in stood in line and I kid you not within 20 minutes we had our food!Staff was terrific!!!Most Cracker Barrels are pretty good all around but I have to say this one was ON POINTWill definitely stop again next time through!!Thank you
Our server was a very nice young lady. She made sure that all our requests were taken care of with a smile. The food was good and the service was very good.
We love this Cracker Barrel, fast service, & our waitress Patricia was so sweet. We stop here every time we're through town.
Yikes! There might be a better place to stop for dinner in town... Couldn't get a refill. We were finished with our meals before the kids meal came out due to server placing the order. Host guy was pretty cool though, very friendly.
Food's great! And the people are awesome, but if you think your going to pick up an order that's scheduled to be ready by a certain time, think again.32 minutes past the scheduled pick up time.But it could have been my fault. I only gave them 11 & 1/2 hours advanced notice.
