I was here a couple days ago and my grilled chicken was undercooked. It was still pink I got sick right after I ate it. The shakes are wonderful.
People don't know how to take a order and deliver it correctly to the customer. This is not the first time. Don't want to waste my gas just to return a bad order and when you call, you get the corporate office. I would give a zero but the review didn't have a zero.
The milkshakes & French fries are fantastic! Food is really inexpensive here. This was a great pit stop.
Asked for light Cajun on my fries and got a ton of hair wrapped up in them. 10+hairs. Some petty and nasty people must work there.
Delicious food and reasonable prices. Burgers and such are great but the quesidilas are top notch!
The food is pretty good.. usuallyAmazing and amazingly consistent milkshakes, although the food could be a hit or miss. From my experience, while it's busy the food is a lot better. Whenever I've gone while they're not, the food drops in quality. Other than that, pretty great place to eat
Overall a good place to eat in Beckley that's fast most of the time but they really need to learn how to cook the grilled chicken better. It's one of their best menu items but half the time I get it it has pink parts in it which is a health and safety issue.
Love their BBQ, just like Carolina. Love it. Great bargain as well!
1st trip there was great! Real food. Great Service. Reasonable prices. Hot dogs, bacon wrap & sweat tea was so tasty. Look forward to eating there again. TY, R for taking me there. ;)
No signs on doors that state it is drive-thru only at this time. Walked around building to try to enter with doors locked there also. May be difficult for others who may not be able to walk as far due to health or age.
