Went out with my girlfriend to cheddars expecting to have an enjoyable date night I was wrong! The waitress we had was seriously rude and was already in “going home mode” as she made no effort to refill our drinks be polite to us etc. When the food came my girlfriends chicken sandwich that she ordered wasn’t even a chicken sandwich it was just a chicken breast on a plate and was cold. Then we asked to take it back we got the sandwich. It was the same piece of cold chicken the bun was cold the whole thing was a disgrace. Then the waitress couldn’t serve us anymore so the manager came out to ask us about her food. The manager was very polite I will say that was one positive thing shame the staff don’t follow suit. She ended up just getting a desert because it’s would be impossible to mess that up! When we went to pay the old waitress returned showing me how to use the card machine she wouldn’t leave until she cleared the table. guessing this was because she wanted to see what I tipped her. Terrible service poor food would not recommend!

I wasn't quite sure about Cheddar's when it first came to Beckley. I didn't know what it was since there wasn't one in WV at the time that I knew of. However, I am glad it is here. The food is GREAT and the price is what really sets this place apart from other dine in restaurants in the area. Hands down one of, if not the best restaurant in the Beckley area.
Absolutely love this place. Everything from the main dishes down to the ranch dressing on the salad was delicious. Our server was the best. Had a party of 8 and she did absolutely great. We will be back.
This visit was outstanding. He had the fish platter and when it came out it was very large pieces, cooked to perfection, and piping hot. I had the rib eye also cooked perfectly and delicious. CJ was our server and should train every server around the country. He was attentive but not clingy and courteous. When we asked for something he instantly had it right back to us.
We had great service, clean, comfortable. The food was very salty, to the point where my son didn't even eat his meal. My steak was not cooked properly, but it was remedied immediately with no hassle and I felt well taken care of.
It was my first time eating at Cheddar's, and everything was delicious, especially my steak! I ordered it well done, and it was still very juicy. Best flavor ever!
I come all the way from Charleston just to eat here. I love those croissants with the honey butter. And the staff and manager was so kind to let me buy them frozen for my family members.
I had excellent service on my call-in order. The food was also delicious. I wish I would have gotten the sweet guys name who brought me my order. He was wonderful ❤
Food and service have been wonderful every time we have been here until today. Food wasn't as good as usual (cold potatoes, tough steak). Waitress was very attentive and offered to redo the potatoes and did give a discount. Everyone has off days. I will go back.
