I came here to get a quick snack before starting my husband’s & I trip to Kansas. First of all, the cashier was rude when I asked a simple question.when I got my order and she tossed it in my hand like it was trash. I have worked in customer service and that isn’t a way to treat a paying customer. The pie I ordered was melted. The cashiers attitude ruined my visit. Welcome to West Virginia! Not too much!

Food was good and prompt but the cashier was rude af. Monica was her name. I'm sorry for anyone who has to deal with her. I was telling the lady in the store side and she said that Monica got plenty of complaints. Why she's still there is beyond me. If she's working when I stop in there Tuesday I'll just hit the sbarros instead of dealing with her

Food is always hot and fresh. The employees working really care about there customers and it really shows. I work at JES and everytime I come through I look forward to stopping at the tamarack burger king.

First time to a Burger King in 30 years or so. It was as I expected. I'm giving a 'just ok' rating to this experience based on the customer service.

Multiple people in the kitchen ignoring multiple customers acting like they couldn’t hear us very rude they could’ve just said they weren’t open or they were would not recommend at all

Privately owned Burger King so prices were more expensive and the menu didn't have a few items that other BKs have. Other than that, food and service were good! There's another Burger King a few miles away so we would avoid this one next time because of prices.

Want to avoid COVID? DONT GO HERE! Not a single employee wore a mask! We even called ahead, and were told after a lengthy hold that all cashiers and cooks wore masks. A blatant lie. We opted for Svarro pizza nextdoor, where workers wore masks.

The service as great, only problem was that it is more costly as there are no deals

We stopped here while traveling and it was HORRIBLE! Not 1 employee wearing a mask and VERY RUDE!! No one wiping down the tables, had a line all the way back to the dining area waiting on their food. They got our order wrong our food was cold and the burgers and topping were all to one side. The lady taking our order (Monica) was concentrating more on sing with the radio than taking our order. We will NEVER eat there again

Cashier Monica was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a BK. She absolutely refused to speak to anyone Black. All white customs were greeted and thanked. She refused to reply to my “Good morning” “How are you” “how are you doing today?” Same with all other black customers in line. She made it too obvious. The manager just stood there and didn’t care. Was the most obvious I have ever seen. Maybe it’s a W VA thing. You should at least hide that at work.
