Absolutely THE worst Bob Evans we’ve ever been to-and we’ve been to a lot! Once they finally took our order, we waited at least 40 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered their new Southwest Avocado Omelet and when it came out there were zero avocados on it. My husband ordered the Farmer’s breakfast with biscuits and gravy, but they never brought it out…the waitress said they were out…that would have been nice to know before we ordered! She offered to replace the biscuits and gravy with biscuits or toast…we asked for toast, and it never came out to us. We asked for hot sauce and it never came out to us either. The waitress offered to discount our order as she saw we were not happy. When we received our check, nothing was deducted. When paying for our bill, the cashier asked how are visit was and we told her how poor everything was. She still didn’t deduct anything from our bill as we were already so delayed in our travel time and we told her we just wanted to get out of there. Not once did anyone come to check on us during our entire visit to refill drinks, etc. Keep in mind, the restaurant only had about 4 tables occupied…it was almost completely empty and everything was slow and incorrect! We are frequent, loyal Bob Evans customers and we will never be stopping by this location ever again!
went with mom..im a regular traveler and been to lots of Bob Evans,but this was bad. coffee was cold took forever to get silverware. then my hashbrowns i ordered well done came out raw..i ordered a glass of milk i got AFTER i ate.waitress never once checked on us and there was 5 tables and 3 waitresses plus manager working. nobody was much help. this whole town is a joke,ill never stop here again if i can help it
Bob Evans is a great place to go with or without a family. Inside is a great ambience and great people to wait on you. And all the food so far that I've tried is very tasteful and delicious.
Food and service this morning was great !!!
Great breakfast, sat our group of 9 quickly. Server was great had 4 kids under 9 to newborn and she treated them as her own. She interacted with them and made a memorable dining experience!
Service was fast and food was very good and hot. Waitress was very nice and good at her job. I had the breaded chicken with scrambled eggs and homefries with biscuits and a side of sausage gravy. My wife had the bacon and eggs with biscuits and sausage gravy and a side of grits.
Excellent service and friendly staff. The restaurant was very clean.
The service was great!! But the food wasn't that good
We didn’t feel that this establishment met the expectations that we had for Bob Evans. The hickory smoked bacon and provolone cheese omelette was nasty. The omelette didn’t seem to be made from real eggs, the cheese tasted old and the “bacon” was tiny hard nubbin bits in a greasy mess. It was left on the plate. No one asked how our breakfast was.
Service was good. Food was okay. Mac and cheese was cold and really salty. Thr honey chicken was amazing and a highlight. Basically what I expected.
