Always have had a good experience when eating at Arbys until Sat April23. My friends and I stopped at this location to ge a guick sandwich. To begin with, they were out of everything we initially wanted. When we got our food it was cold and over cooked.and tasted bad.Definitely the worst meal ever. No more Arby's for me and my friends. Their excuse was we are cooperate not franchise.
Curly fries were great, but french dip beef tasted like potted meat.
Bestest place in Beckley, WV to eat. The customer service is the greatest. They make sure you have everything you need. Plus they have the best shakes
I don't believe there is real roast available in any fast food chain. The texture is all wrong to be roast beef. That said, it beats a burger in most places and there horsey sauce is very good.
Husband has a thing for their French Dippers.. so we've given this location a few chances before agreeing to change to the location across from the mall.First: Every drive thru order missed items. We've NEVER gotten every item ordered and paid for.Second: last two times we went drive thru, the worker receiving payment/giving out food was wearing a disgusting dirty hoodie. When we told him items were missing from our order AS USUAL, he said he "didn't have time for that." That was our last time at this location.They owe me a milk shake, a Mac n Cheese, 3 Beef N Cheddars, and 2 fries.Yes, we dine out way to much and there a lack of options in this area.
I have visited This Arbys almost Daily for almost 5 years to get their wonderful shakes plus other foods, they have a wonderful and friendly staff starting with the General Manager , the Shift Supervisors, and the whole Crew, I know them and the know me,treat me special, they are just First Class all the way!, The food is very good too and priced right, can’t think of a Better place to spend my $$$. Do Not Recommend! The employees are extremely rude and they clearly do not want to be there! Every time I have ever been there the employees are all standing outside smoking and usually make customers wait while they continue to smoke and waste time! The man working the front has a terrible attitude, I asked him for a refund because the service was terrible and the food was disgusting and he refused. When I asked to talk to a manager he said he was the manager, which I highly doubt is true. The second time I had a bad experience with this employee he literally yelled at my dad when he tried to tell him that we did not get our drinks! He does not need to work with the public! I will never be back!
They have 2 of the most rude employees at any restaurant in beckley working there. Nasty behavior, rude for no reason at all.
Pulled up and all the workers was outside on a smoke break that was a red flag right there.. Got to the drive through and had to wait about five minutes before anyone came over the speaker to help me. I'm guessing they wanted me to leave so they could go back outside and I should have done just that.. Got two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and the new Caramel shake there was hardly any roast beef on my bread just big buns and my shake tasted just like a vanilla one. Considering how long I had to wait I figured everything would have been good to go. Very sad how lazy the evening shift can be if it's that chill everybody can take a smoke break together you could at least make your customers food right smh. I called the manager he apologized and told me to come back the next day but I couldn't my schedule didn't permit it but if it was done right the first time there wouldn't have been a problem!!!!stocks. Arby's has responded back but of course I can't connect to the link it tells me to get on.
