Got there and it was super busy. Wait time wasn’t but a couple minutes. Once seated, drinks arrived a minute after. After we ordered, food arrived in ten minutes and service was amazing! All staff was hustling and friendly. Can’t wait to go back next time we are here.

Came for breakfast on a Thursday and the service and food were great. I had the fajita omelette and I was surprised that it was not overly seasoned. We also had the biscuits and gravy, side of bacon, and a buckwheat pancake. The waiter gave us plenty of time and was very helpful with the order. The food came out quickly and we were both very pleased with our food.
On April 2 my family went had breakfast. We had excellent service, and the food was GREAT! The only complaint was from my mom she thought her fork was too skinny.
Very busy joint on Sunday morning but the food was good. The plain waffle was good but nothing beats Roscoe's waffles to me. The bacon was good and the service was good and fairly fast.
Super impressed with the customer service. A lot of good for your dollar. Would like to share that two servers accidentally ran into each other and one spilt his cup of milk. As he walked to fill it up he had a team member there ready with a gallon of milk to refill. Food was made quick which also impressed me. Loved how the workers will come up and ask to fill up water or coffee. Been so long since I’ve been here but I will definitely be back! Made my day! Thank you Waffles Caffe for the great experience!
5 stars, 10/10, two thumbs waaaaay up!!! This place is a must!!! The service was awesome and the food was great. I had a breakfast combo with a few substitutions, which were quite specific, and the waiter and chef got my order perfectly. The service was prompt and the atmosphere was very relaxed. If you haven't been here yet, I urge you to go! I promise you won't regret it.
Horrible place around 2018 to 2019, I met a waitress who had colored green eyes. She literally accused me of loitering and Yanked out my phone charger.Then the whole wait staff came to her rescue making me out to be an aggressorThey also like to accuse people of being in gangs.Do not go here. Maybe if I was different ethnic of color the poor helpless defenseless waitress would treat customers better.
Pretty sure this is the best breakfast place in Yakima. Staff is always friendly & quick. Almost always has a wait time to get in. Your order will always arrive hot & fresh out of the kitchen. We both got the Country breakfast with eggs. She ordered hers scrambled, I ordered mine over easy. I ordered Peach crepes as my side, she ordered French toast for hers. The country fried steak is simply amazing. It's tender, well breaded, & fried to perfection. It's never dripping with grease like some places. The pepper gravy on it is also delicious & mixes well with the eggs It's served with. This isn't some small piece of country fried steak we're talking about either. You could just order it with eggs & be satisfied. Waffles portions always justifies the menu prices. The crepes we're excellent. Slightly sweet & buttery with whipped cream. A bit disappointed with the filling as it was canned peaches, but it worked out well flavor & texture wise. For their French toast I believe they use a sourdough bread. It works so well. It's perfectly crispy with a bit of give in the middle & served with a side of whipped butter you can add to it at your discretion. The coffee is rather weak, but comes out hot & has unlimited refills. Overall I can't stop coming back to this place. The atmosphere is so comfortable & the food is amazing. We spent just under $40 for both our meals & coffee.
