I tried to use the app to apply my gift card and in used our checking again. I tried to cancel and reorder but there was no cancel button. Absolutely frustrating. Why isn't there a cancel and reorder button, mistakes happen and yet, we can't fix them.
Very busy Starbucks location with very active drive through. In store wait time about 15 minutes as a consequence. Fresh pastry/cakes though ?
Yakima’s businesses are scraping the bottom of the barrel. Don’t these people know what they do reflects on them? Do they even care?
Not a good experience. My husband ordered a plain croissant and the group of people that came after him got their order first. He was patient about it and asked the cashier and other staffs in the store about his order, they all just brushed him off. By the time they realized that he hasn’t gotten his order, they did fixed it and apologized., but it already took so long! There are so many staffs, but they don’t pay attention! I have been going to a lot of Starbucks, this was one of the worst. Not a good experience for us?
Went to this Starbucks today and this guy (wish I got his name) was making drinks for people who ordered after me and when I asked if I could have my cake pop he said “yeah wait I’m making drinks” was super rude and unprofessional I believe he was a manager as well. Thank you to the other guy who was really kind while taking my order.
Staff are great. But it's difficult to know when they open or close. The hours of operation are not consistent.
If they could just get rid of the homeless hanging out at their door and on curb it's a great place. The associates are always pleasant and efficient. It's very convenient for us on our way out of town.
Always great service at this location. Most of the time I order iced or blended coffee and they never disappoint.
Great service, terrible coffee. Ordered a mocha, couldn't detect any coffee. Employees were very nice.
I ordered a mocha latte and she tasted like grass, honey. I have ordered one before and it tasted much better than that, like a sweet green tea flavor verses a grassy flavor. But Starbucks hasn't fallen short of customer service, and to me that's the most important!
