Most of the time when I come here it is through the drive though. However when I went inside I had a totally different experience. I had to wait about 3 min at the ordering counter.... the manager then helped me. She said I couldn't have a glass of water to go with my tea. And pumpkin loaf. When I waited for my order the lady in front of me received a drink 3/4 full..... like what the heck...

They made my drink hot when I ordered it iced. Remade it and gave me the mistake for free

These guys are great. Staff is always friendly & seem to enjoy their work, which is refreshing. My order is out quickly & my favorite drink is always perfect. Keep up the good work. BTW, this is the only Starbucks I go to in Yakima because they do such a good job.
Everytime I come to this Starbucks I have to make my way back. It’s irritating because I don’t like driving away and sippin my drink when it tastes like trash. Then having to waste some gas almost everytime bc they can’t make it right. It doesn’t matter what the drink is. Other ppl I’ve came here with would say that they don’t like the drink they got either. Tired of this store making drinks wrong ?. Definitely the worst Starbucks so far in Yakima. The manager is a trip too.
It took three people at the window to talk to one customer about TikTok and when I finally got my drink I ordered 20 minutes previously it was watered down and no goo.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The drink wasn't too good.
Clean & Nice to pricy
I went through the drive-thru a few days ago and was helped by a gentleman named Jeff, I can’t quieted remember if thats his name or not. Either way he was so nice and was super outgoing. I really appreciate this and hope people can learn just how much kindness and joy can spread from such little things, Jeff you’re amazing. Every one should be more like you.
