Coffee is great. Sometimes they forget the little things like straws for iced drinks, napkins or knife for cream cheese. Irrigation after you drive off. Come on. Focus on the customer needs.
This is my favorite Starbucks location in yakima, their staff is always friendly and they never get my order wrong unlike other locations I have been to. If they get a minor thing wrong they correct it immediately which is great customer service in my opinion ?
I like this store location and the staff is friendly. I was not happy about them using a plastic venti cup to make my coffee just to dump it in my reusable one though. Isn't that the point of a reusable cup? To cut down on the plastic waste.
Not big on the branding, but the coffee is pretty good. My folks had stock in the place so I gave it a star nudge. Find a mom and pop place for real atmosphere.
This is a typical Starbucks. It was Sunday morning on Mother's Day and they were extremely busy! Even so, the folks serving were very kind and courteous. They got my small order out quickly and were helpful finding things I needed for my order. I give them a thumbs up for everything I could grade them on. I will return and I recommend this Starbucks to everyone!!!
I just had an Americano and it was good. Good wait time for order even though it was crowded. Excellent service.

I will always be a Starbucks lady. I feel I am a coffee queen. I love ? coffee.I can go to Starbucks and get the same coffee anywhere at any Starbucks. If I go to a local coffee stand, it's more expensive, and I don't always like their coffee blend. And I drive away thinking that I just wish I would have gone to Starbucks.
Dragon Fruit lemonade refresher and the Java chip Frappuccino are my favorites. All beverages are good but a bit overpriced.
