I mainly go there for the shakes even tho I would like for them to be a lil thicker even when I ask they still make them on the not so thick side but hey that's just my personal opinion dont let that defer u from goin there they have amazing shakes non the less and pretty good food I gave em a 4 * due to some of the customer service hasn't been 5 * quality probably due to the fact they have alot of younger generation people that look like they dont even like their job their just there for the money if that idk and yet again that's just my own opinion lol
The tots were undercooked. My chicken sandwich was small and uninspiring. The dessert was decent, however we had to remind them that we still needed it. They gave us our food and our drinks, and tried to send us on our way, so we had to remind them of our shake and ice cream. For the price you pay at Sonic, I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that the food is going to be something special. But it never is. I try Sonic about twice a year, hoping that I just hit them at a bad time, but apparently they are just consistently poor. Based upon this experience, I'm not even going to try anymore.
I went to this location yesterday around 1:30 with my fiance and we were super hungry after being at the cancer center for 3 hours. We were so disappointed with the food. I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and the chicken was super dry and shriveled up like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The sandwich was mostly bread and the worst part that I removed from the sandwich to be able to eat it was the brown wilted iceberg lettuce they put in the sandwich. My fries were dry and hard. My fiance ordered a cheeseburger and tater tots and his order wasn't any better. We really hope this changes and the food is made fresh like it's supposed to be. We didn't bother complaining yesterday, but if this continues it can make people sick.
We were in Yakima on a business trip with the family. We stopped by Sonic for our first time to grab our little one a quick bite to eat. We purchased her a grilled cheese sandwich. My husband ordered a quarter pounder burger and a chicken slider.We were back in town and went to sonic for our second time a few weeks later. Ordered the same thing- grilled cheese, chicken slider, and quarter pounder. Oh and a pretzel with cheese.Bonus about the second visit. This time they actually grilled the grilled cheese. Instead of the first time when the only heated it. Possibly in a microwave. Unfortunately, they forgot my husband's cheese sauce. The quarter pounder and chicken slider were completely different. I think the first trip we received the wrong food. They had brought us the grilled cheese and a burger but said the chicken would take about 5 more minutes. My guess is they accidently gave us someone else's order or partial order.Expecting the same food the second visit we were a little shocked to get something completely different. Conclusion is they have ok food. It is fast food and you get what you pay for. We try to avoid fast food all together. Also we don't live in Yakima. We may or may not be back.
first they don't have everything on the menu. They said they didn't have fritos for a burrito. but yet I got. abirrito with fritos. then I ordered a double bacon cheesehamburger and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. So didn't get what I ordered plus I paid more for the burger. you call to tell the manager and phones are always busy.
The footlong hot dogs are not as advertised. They give you 2 individually packaged hotdogs in the footlong hotdog wrapper. The burgers are decent tho.
If I could give them a negative reading I would give them a negative five. The service was the worst service I've received in the long time not only did they screw up the order three times they acted like it was our fault. We waited in line in the Drive-Thru for over 45 minutes and to be treated horrible. At first we have pulled up to the CarHop and after 10 minutes of waiting somebody came over the screen and said they weren't taking orders that way so it was off to the drive-thru. I will never recommend this Sinceics it was truly an experience that I won't soon forget and I will be sure to let everybody know about it. I looked over the receipt to find the cashier's name and the cashier was listed under alley cat so whoever this is should be fired on site. Thanks for a waste of our valuable time and money.
Very poor service. Their manager was very rude and did not help me at all. Apparently they only are doing drive thru and not car hopping which is the reason I would go to Sonic. For the experience and good food. Very sad I helped open this store over 13 years ago and to see it going down like this is just sad.
I ordered a strawberry lemonade and was unpleasantly surprised with some type of carbonated beverage. When the young man came back to give me my change, I gave him back my drink and told him that I had ordered a strawberry lemonade, he apologized and took the drink back inside. When I pulled forward to the window and waited for my strawberry lemonade, I received an apology from the young woman working at the register, and then was handed whT I assumed was the drink I had ordered twice now, but once again it was the wrong drink and made with super strong lime and not much strawberry. To be fair, I have ordered this same drink at Sonic for years, and this is the first time this has ever happened.
Well I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this location should get better management and/or training at least. We placed our order and the person repeated back correctly what we had, however we received ranch instead of Buffalo and honey mustard sauces, no fork for the sauced jumbo popcorn chicken bowl, and two dry end pieces of bread for the crispy tenders dinner. It took a while for our order to be placed and brought out, and we were told our order mistakenly was charged for the drive thru but we were parked at a stall. So I didn’t know if they checked to see if we were charged or not… even after we tried paying with card in the stall’s card reader.Yikes, Sonic.
