Great costumer service and very friendly really clean seating area
I've never had a problem at the Kern Rd. location in Yakima. I've never had to wait. The orders have always been correct. And the food is always good. The staff is courteous too.Like everywhere else, the food additions are skimpier than they used to be, but it seems to be like that everywhere. I can remember when Pizza Hut pizzas came loaded, piled high with your choices. Oh well...memories.
Review for April 2nd 2022 .Around 4:30 pmHorrible !Soggy pizza not crusty and there was no crunch !Our server literally put our boxed pizza ( we were dinning In ) on our table without acknowledging us not a single word was spoken by him ! Not one word !!We could not even hold our pizza in our hand . The toppings fell off !We asked for forks and we were given plastic forks that broke when we tried to cut In for a bite .We went to ask for metal forks and had to step behind the register to ask for some help because no one was up front .Pizza hut has earned a no go from us .Sad day.
Love this place had my daughter in law baby shower here staff is super friendly very flexible had the best time here would recommend for birthday parties or any small party awesome place
Pizza was done a lot sooner than the estimated time given. Unfortunately when I got home one of the pizzas we had ordered tasted burnt, and to my surprise they were way greasing than normal. But I won't let one incident ruin the previous experiences I've had here.
Friendly/helpful staff with amazing customer service. Alexander, front desk associate was very helpful and attended us with respect and patience.
We order from pizza hut at least once a month. The last 2 time we have order it has been short one of our items. This leading me to call and this location having to make the missing item and having delivered again. We are patient people and understand staff shortages, however when you are charged a delivery fee as high as it is now we do expect all our order to be delivered at once. I think this location can do better by double checking the order before it heads out the door.
I called to place an order. I didn't get to speak a word, but I was told they weren't taking orders for an hour and they hung up on me. At least they answered? Called a different pizza place, will be ready in 20 minutes. Thanks Pizza Hut!
Order on 12/13/21 large pizza veg thin crust. The crust was hardly attached to pizza. Crust so thin it it was cracking. Topping were there but no crust. I have always liked Pizza Hut. This is one for the books...
Pizza took an hour to arrive when the estimated time was 30-45 minutes and was dry and luke warm at best. Seemed like it had been sitting for quite a bit. I live less than five minutes from the store.
