Called store to place my order since the online app kept stalling out. I called & they took my order . Husband ran in to pick it up. Got home & instead of getting the VEGGIE pizza . I got one loaded with MEAT! I’m vegetarian so yah NOT going to work. Called to tell them They messed up. I instead was yelled at & hung up on. Never even an I’m sorry or the correct pizza ! I will be taking this matter up with the general manager and somebody WILL lose their job . That I PROMISE!! Rudest inaction I’ve EVER HAD
Great service. Food was just not what it used to be. Like some pizza hater changed the recipe.
Food is good, but they can't bring it out curbside when the parking lot is empty. But there is Better food and pizza in town than this chain.
I would have liked more sauce on the Pizza. THe sauce for the Breadsticks tasted water down.So I was contacted about a free pizza after the fact. Nothing happened. If avoid pizza . Tony's has a 3.99 on Tuesday
Very limited menu. Pizza wasn't the best. Lady that helped us was awesome since we did dine in. Probably won't be back. I'll stick to my other pizza place
The food was ready when I got there, nice and hot. It stayed hot until I got home and the stuffed crust was amazing. I just wish the pizza was a tad thicker.
So I order a pizza ? for delivery. Needless to say it took 1 1/2 hrs. to get here mind you they are on 20th & nobhill & I'm off 32nd & nobhill. I was fine with that because of the bad weather. But the ? was burnt the crust was hard & stale, hardly any sauce on the ?. The bread sticks were also hard. The best part of the meal was the Pepsi because they didn't make it. Terrible terrible pizza probably the worst pizza I've ever had.
The pizza was dry reminded me of the frozen pizza at walmart for a dollar and it was a stuffed crust to the only way id recomend ur store is to have my order replaced and the food be good proving to me it was just a fluke or mistake ive ate at pizza hut for years and this was by far the worst experiance

My pizza took almost an hour to reach me after I got a text saying it was on its way. Mind you I live less than 5 minutes away from there. My pizza was cold and the staff wad rude and did not fix my order or offer anything to make it right.
