Update: I am editing my original review to include my most recent interaction. I had an issue with this location and only a day after airing my issue, I was contacted by corporate. They were very kind and helpful and looked into the promotion I mentioned and showed really great customer service and efficiency so I’m giving Pizza Hut a 5 for overall experience with the company. I will continue to patronize this company!Original review: This place is kind of ridiculous. I cancelled my order with them just now based on principle. We had a coupon in the mail for Pizza Hut in the yakima area advertising a big dinner box for $24.99. Called to place the order and told them about the coupon and that it didn’t have a coupon code but it was in print. The lady on the phone said they needed a code and couldn’t honor it so she offered to out her manager on the phone. The manager proceeds to tell me the same thing and that they cannot honor it without a code.. they can’t honor their own coupon...from their own company..in the yakima area... I understand that the price difference was negligible, however, on principle I asked them to cancel my order because I don’t like to spend more where they don’t honor their advertised prices. The manager could have easily asked to see the coupon and adjusted the price but choose to cancel our order instead and I think that makes no sense.
Horrible place to eat tables dirty nd chairs. Alot of employees like 10 but neither of those people clean the tables or the floor..mostly of time the employee expend the time on the bathroom..
I have to say that the first thing that I really liked, is that they were very busy, and running a little behind. Our driver was amazing and gave me a call to let us know what the hold-up was and to ensure he had the proper address. He showed up 10 minutes after leaving the store with our food. He was very kind and polite when he came to the door, and took our warning of neighbors stealing food orders from others from porches. The pizza and chicken were absolutely amazing.

Orders are always forgetting the most important items bread sticks with no marinara sauce! Im done WASTING my money here!
Our pizza was hot, still crunchy around the edges, and delicious. Best few bites of pizza I have had in a long time for a pick up pizza.
Delivery took 1 hr 25 minutes. Close to 30 minutes passed the expected time. Also, topping on pepperoni pizza were very light, some spots on the pizza lacked cheese and only had marinara sauce also each slice had 2 pepperoni slices lumped on one half not even on eht slice so half you only got pepperoni on half of each slice. Deep dish also seemed thinner. Delivery driver went above and beyond to make it right without me needing to prompt by giving me two coupons and a free large pizza due to being late.
I have used the online feature in the past. and have been happy with the service. However on this occasion I was disappointed in the service. My order took over an hour and when in pizza arrived it was cold (just warm) Hopefully this was just a one off. I will use online ordering again and see how things go.
The last two times we have ordered from this location our meat lovers pizza was a little under cooked in the middle. This last time we paid for ranch and did not receive any. Other that these two issues we have had a hood experience with this place.
