March 25, 2022.Came in watched lady make pizzas help customers then go back to making pizzas never once watched her change her cloves or wash her hands. Never seen anyone wash their hands the whole time I waited for my pizzas to be made(1/2 hour, they were very busy). I asked the workers about it, she said they were told they are not not required to. ?
On Saturday 02/05/22 went to buy pizzas at terrace heights location, spent 65.00 as watching the women and curly haired kid make our pizzas the curly hair kid answers a phone call and was scratching his head, back, hands and was not wearing a hair net or hat.. after the phone call he just slipped on some gloves and never once washed his hands- and proceeded to make our food— got home cooked a pizza and found curly hair threw away three pizzas very unsanitary, unprofessional and disgusting.. lesson of all this just stay home and cook nobody seems to care anymore about business guidelines.

Ordered ahead to get a take and bake. Got there right on time. Ignored me for several minutes, then said, we will get to your pizza soon. Had 40 minutes to put one large pizza together. Should have had it ready. The pizza was very good.
A well oiled machine in Terrace Heights! Pleasant, flexible, fast, and well presented pizza's. Never a disappointment.
Busy place but good teamwork getting the walk-in, call-in and orders complete & timely.
The worst Papa Murphy’s I have ever been to. No affect. I don’t care if I have to wait twenty minutes. Make eye contact. Speak. The stores are all the same. What makes them different is the employees, and this store is lacking personality.
I have been going there for years always liked it. In the last year it's been garbage almost no toppings. I have nothing Against cheese pizza but there's none of that either

Super aggressive. Did not feel welcomed at all. I left like I was inconvenience to them.
