I understand kids work here but they need to realize being busy is a good thing, customers coming through the door/drive thru provides them with a check to be able to pay for a car payment, cell phone & other bills. If u can’t take ur job seriously they’re hiring at the circus. This place is always out of food, they don’t supply utensils and bad attitude! I just came here to give u my money! And no not out of food like shortage, out like no ones cooking it. Talkin bout if i wanna wait 10 minutes.

This place had messed my order up plenty of times. The last time I was there I had to wait for my food for about 10 min after I was already waiting like 10 min just to order. I then pay and order egg rolls, the girl forgets to put the egg rolls in my bag. I get home first thing my son ask for is his egg roll and I live all the way across town I wasn't going to go back. So I called the girl I spoke to told me to just ask for them the next time I was in there for me to take a picture of the receipt and everything. So OK finally about month and half later I decided to give them another try and go order my food and ask my my egg rolls. Well turns out they won't give u food they oew if it's past 1onth like OK next Mayne say that and I'll just go get my freaking money back instead of having u waste my gas and my time right now going back and forth. Like I payed for my egg rolls ur just going to keep my money. Fast food places have been so annoying lately.

They were out of fried rice (no big deal, it happens) but they filled the whole plate with chowmein and just put a few pieces of chicken on it to look full. Not impressed at all.

Worst Panda ever. Ordered Mushroom chicken and super greens. It was all veggies and maybe 3 small pcs of chicken. Ordered 2 egg rolls didn’t get either of those. Called for a refund, nope, they blamed it on door dash. Never going back. The girl on the phone was so condescending. I love Panda but don’t go to this one!

My freedom loving, air breathing friend went in and you guys called the police on her instead of taking her order and money. Even Herr Inslee said that medically exempt people simply need to explain that they are exempt and since it is none of your business, you do your job and give people their order in a mannerly way.For me I don't like your food AT ALL, so I would not be your customer. I detest hearing that businesses discriminate against some people.Adding a photo to drive home my point.

Staff is very rude and seem to talk down to delivery drivers, also place closes early before posted times… and food is not very good it’s gone down hill in the last few months. I would give zero stars if I could

Absolutely rude. Worst customer service. Worst experience ever!!!! Daughter found a hair in her food manager didn’t care.

Very rude about mask request. If you’re going to suggest and offer patrons to wear a mask, don’t leave them exposed to an unsterile environment where everyone and their mother can touch, cough, and sneeze on them. This is disgusting and not how masks work.Food was fair, skimpy on the chicken though. Noodles were not as tasty as I’ve had at other Panda franchises.My table wasn’t clean but the manager seemed too busy rolling her eyes at everyone that I didn’t bother to ask to have it wiped down. Too worried about my mask but not worried enough about customer’s eating surface; also where bacteria live and grow, not just on exposed masks.I gave two stars because everyone disregards one star reviews. Three stars would’ve been awarded if the counter tops had been cleaner. I personally may not return to this restaurant, simply because I drive a truck, unless it is to see if conditions have improved.All in all, this restaurant did not have a happy atmosphere. Everyone looked miserable, irritated, and high-strung.

Two days back-to-back I've picked up delivery orders from this location, That had been plated and sitting for between 10 and 20 minutes. I don't know if this is a customer service is the issue or if this is an issue with the delivery app and drivers not accepting the order. I do know however, it only takes a couple of minutes to make plates of food here and if they are gonna sit for 10 to 20 minutes then maybe they should wait until a driver is there to pick up the food, before they make the plates. In most cases the restaurant will not get the bad review, it is the driver that will get the bad review when they show up with cold food, even though driver have no idea how long the food sits most of the time.

This is my granddaughters favorite food. We used to go here once a week, but they have been out of the Sesame Chicken , my fave, for over a month now. I am not happy!
