Worst experience ever was told the food would only take 10 minutes to make and I was understanding and agreed then 17 minutes later they make 3 other dishes that weren’t even out yet and when I ask ( George )thinks it would be a great idea to laugh and say we’ll I Think it might be another ten minutes and when I asked why he laughed since he was the one who said the ten original minutes he continues to say well you can order something else if you don’t like it and that’s when I let him have it I don’t need no loser working part time at Panda Express telling me what to do and what to order he’s lucky his manager was just as bad as he was and didn’t send him to the back or home to defuse the situation he shouldn’t be working there he has zero customer service and was talking and joking around the whole time with the female staff will never go back to this location
So disappointed I love Panda Express but sadly i will never return .. Second time getting Food poisoning at this location as well as many family members and friends of mine. I was throwing up all day at work I had to close work early . Never going back ?
I honestly don't know how this Panda Express is still open?? I have had a bad experience every time i try to come here. The is rice always undercooked and the chicken always rubbery witch means over cooked the portions are always lite! If i were you i would just go out of your way to go to the west valley Panda. Or a different restaurant. I have been let down here over 2 dozen times i give up!!
Whoever the mgr had cooking on 2-14-22 at 7:30-8pm ish, keep them. Best order I’ve ever had. Fresh, hot and nothing over cooked or chewy. Flavors were perfect. Sauce was perfect. I feel like it’s been mediocre lately, but tonight it was what remember it being like when I first tried Panda. We didn’t get our sweet and sour Or straws, but the cook was killin it!
The service was very poor! I was in the store in line and the person In front of me walked out with my order witch was a bowl of chow main cost$5 and after i told them 3 times I didn't have a 3 plate I just had noodles I was charged $13 for a 3 plate and only received noodles! Then at checkout I was told my card was declined and so naturally I used a different card and it went through (according to my banking online) and as I was walking back to my car and received a text message saying I paid $13 to panda express on my 1st card that I was told was declined and went back in and the Manager BRITTANY said after looking st the cameras they can see from the ceiling position of the camera that I was not charged twice and refused to fixed and refund my order. I called the corporate office and Guess What they found. ...I DID in fact get charged TWICE! Wow I think it's time that panda express Higher Actual Adults rather than a teenager ? they might save some problems/headaches/money! Do not go here unless you want to get double charged for less food! My Bet us this manager just found a way to get herself a $13 tip.
It was a good day to take my ex sister in law to eat there she got what she wanted to eat and I got the wrong one but it was good. Food I was happy she pick me up I want to go back. And get more egg rolls and beef and. Fry rice
I go there three or four times a month maybe more. It's always convenient, always quick, the food is always great. It's fast food that doesn't sacrifice the Quantity or quality of the food. I highly recommended It..
No Walnuts in the honey Walnuts shrimp. Our favorite ingredient in our favorite meal. I could eat this 3 times a day until this. Shrimp was mealy & mushy. Choked down few bites.
I didn't like that they didn't do orders over the phone .. but once I got in there they help me right away and made sure I got everything I needed great customer service this guys good job
$8 for a bowl and it is %95 Chow Mein. I should not have to order a 3 entree plate to get a reasonable quantity. The last time I order from another location and they had to push it down with the lid. This was a freshly cooked batch so I know it's not because they were almost out. I know because I had to wait for it to cook.
