Chicken Teriyaki was dry and my salad had black hair in it. I Got ribs there and the fried rice was very grease. Very disappointing for what they charge

Portions are smaller than usual as of late. Side of hot sauce is also now half the size. Taste is okay, but not worth the price anymore.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Using COVID as a total cope out to have horrible service and quite honestly just not care. They no longer come to your table to take your order which causes an absolute mess when trying to order. This isn’t do to staffing because meanwhile 6 people stood at the counter. They missed part of our order after repeating twice and were actually rude about it. This use to be a our go to spot, however we will absolutely never return.

I hadn't gone for awhile and I always have the same thing and I forgot what it was. The lovely lady helping us remembered. She was very kind and the place is always clean The service was great and good food.

Long day at work and hoped for a good meal. Food was terrible. Rice was dry and chicken was almost too over cooked to eat. We used to enjoy their food, but we won’t be back.

This place was Despicable. I spent my hard earned money We arrived thinking all NewYork Teryiaki were alike and had never been to this particular location. For starters we couldn’t sit down with a menu, we had to order and pay first (tip included) because I paid it on my bank card. Our orders came out within five minutes and we could both feel that the food was old I was going to eat mine and just call it a day cause I was starving but my wife’s food was literally like jerky she ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was gray it’s color and jerky like texture, she took one by and asked me if I thought it was something wrong with it and we returned it they gave her another plate of the same food she said no thank you I’ll just have my money back they said no we won’t refund you because you had a bite and nobody else in the restaurant was complaining except us. But there wasn’t anybody in there besides two other people, it run our lunch and their attitude was less than respectable even though I was showing them how grey and dry the chicken was they kept denying it saying they have to cook it like that or people get sick. The man was extremely rude and said maybe because my wife has bad teeth, my wife has a full smile and a great teeth. At that point I couldn’t handle it anymore it disrespect told him she can keep the money and that would be telling anybody I could that place is a dump

Terrible sushi, paid 25.00 for two rolls, they were wrapped poorly, very little filing. The shrimp tempura was burnt and tasted awful. What a complete let down. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

Rice for my sushi was warm, miso soup was cold, my cucumber rolls were the size of a dime and the waiter rolled his eyes when I asked for lemon. My first and last time at this spot. The 72nd location is BY FAR superior to this location or any of the others.

Walked in at 7pm to eat, and they told me we couldn’t sit to eat because they closed in 30 mins. They weren’t busy at all and only had 1 table occupied. Won’t ever walk in there! I will stick with the union gap location.

Great food and service. The owners are extremely kind. Favorite place to eat.
