Union Gap locationVery great pizza!. .They were on point with customer service. Toppings were fresh and placed was clean. Fast service, patient associates, and lemonade is fire!. . Overall the meal was a 5 because it was fresh!.. nothing like a real fresh pizza and the dough was super gooooood!. . I defiantly enjoyed my meal experience and music selection was A+.
I give this MOD one star but if I were able I’d give it zero. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at one of your restaurants. The employee's were rude, the place was so dirty and we were hurried along when ordering even though multiple employees were just standing around. We got to the register to pay and the lady who rang us up said to us “next time you want cheesy bread you need to order that at the start.” Well we weren’t aware of this since no where is this stated in your building or offered at the start. When asked which sauce I wanted on my pizza I had asked what they had and I was directed to look at the menu instead of the employee giving a general idea of the sauces available. As we sat in the lobby and ate our lunch one employee who was supposed to be cleaning the lobby whipped the towel around on the tables leaving all crumbs and trash all over the floor without care to get a broom. I will say if you are looking for a place with a clean place to eat and employees who care about their customers this isn’t the place for you. Do better Yakima MOD.
Been to over a dozen MOD pizza, this is the only one the staff raised to pizza higher at the end to get it right. Thank you!!!
I went there & was pleasantly surprised. Build your own pizza is fabulous. Especially with white sauce. I recommend you get everything you like on it. It was delish??❤️
I'm Washington born and raised, so I'm surprised this was my first time EVER trying Mod Pizza. 110% worth it... delicious, and fun and easy to build your own pizza. The marionberry lemonade is also to die for!
Friendly staff, good selection of toppings and all of it looks fresh and delicious. Good selection of soda and lemonades, both fountain and in cans and bottles. Love the salads and usually have a seasonal selection that’s usually pretty tasty. A true go to lunch and dinner spot for all your brick oven pizza and fresh salads needs.

Very good food. Too small of a menu, could use paper menu by the door.
Called to complain. Ordered thick crust but wasn't thick at all. The employee and the manager argued with me. Not worth the price.
