I've been going to Mercedes since I was in high school. I graduated in 2005 ?, that is at least 15 years of my service. I've always loved the family feeling atmosphere. Great food, amazing portions and fantastic prices. I couldn't say anything bad about this place. I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they are in business ❤️
First time here and wow just wow this place is really good not much on the menu but the food is delicious my plate was 2 tacos with some rice and beans and the beans were different I've never seen beans that color but they were really good and not as thick as most places, and there tortillas are homemade so that's a even bigger plus and they were thick and filling. Will be coming back here again for sure to try out some other dishes
Haven't eaten there in awhile. But not to disappoint, very good food and the portions are plenty. Yum!
Hours posted on Google aren’t correct. They stop taking orders 30-45 minutes before closing. If you’re going to stop taking orders, make that the closing time. I’m tired of wasting my time on places like this.
Best of the best! From Chili Rellenos, Sopes that are enormous & so delicious, to the most amazing Tamales I've had in the last 12 years! If any place in this town deserves an award for their tamales, hands down, Mercedes Tamales would take home every medal!
Carne asada taco plate was AMAZING. Salsas were as well. Staff was friendly and entire place was very clean. Will be back!
Went here for lunch. The guy who took my order was super friendly and nice. I ordered two tacos and a tamale. The tortillas are made fresh! They have a few salsas that are delicious. The tamales were my favorite part! Nice and moist and flavorful. I’ll definitely go back for more.
Best handmade tortillas. The tortillas set off the meats. Huge servings so be warned! One of my favorites when I roll through Yakima.
Very clean and great service. Excellent carne asada tacos and must have handmade tortillas. The mild salsa is so flavourful.
