Every time I use the app to place an order for this specific restaurant they always try to get me to pay a second time in person at the McDonald's after I've already paid with my credit card through the app which is the only way you can place an order. I don't know if someone's trying to make money on the side or what but this seems to only happen at this specific McDonald's. Every other McDonald's I've been to in Yakima and use the app and paid using my credit card it seems to work just fine.

We went to get lunch today and we asked if we could order of the lunch menus and the girl said we start lunch at 11am and it was 1058am. So we parked and waited till 1103 to go back and order and our order came out wrong. My son won't eat his hamburger unless it's just meat and cheese and we asked for this and they got it wrong. Other than that food is hot and good. This is my favorite mcdonalds in Yakima because they have never given me cold food.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I find this extremely frustrating! McDonald’s is really pushing the app to the point of being unreasonable! They now have new sauces that they refuse give you unless you use the app. Not even for purchase. I have to say this makes me want to go pretty much anywhere else. I understand the desire for efficiency but this is a bit much. I previously had the app but deleted just now and will not be revisiting McDonald’s in the foreseeable future.

Used door dash ordered and paid for 2 large sugar free iced vanilla coffees. McDonald's put small or medium in the bag. Not happy waisting that money, all they say is sorry. It wasn't the door dash delivery person's fault it's not like they can double check the order with the bag being sealed shut.

Tonight my husband and Ijust ate our meal that was delivered, actually It was a disappointment.The fries tasted as though they had been sitting for awhile and rewarmed. Also our hamburgers were lacking a lot in taste. I suppose we compared that same dinner to one that we had a week or so ago, except the difference was we went through the line, ordered, got the order, drove about 10 minutes to our house ! Fries never fresh burgers always dry each time I go. I give up. I got to Carl Jr now been there 2 times and each time fries hot and burger never dry. I guess u pay for what u get. Sad

It was 12:20 AM when I showed up to your establishment it shows on Google you guys close at 1 AM is at the drive-through for about a couple minutes until someone answered the order machine and said we’re closed so I let them know I was upset as it says you guys close at 1 AM and they stated to me that they closing at 12 AM for the past few weeks if that’s the case you guys need to get someone to update your business hours Google so customers are not showing up expecting you guys to be open and left wanting food so drive down to 40th ave and Fruitvale where they do close at 1 AM

We were in line third. Ask to move to window two. Car after car behind us paid and given their order. We waited for 12 minutes for a quarter pounder and a chicken sandwich, no sides. Not returning to Summitview, not the first time this has happened. Our server was really sweet when she gave us our order.

We ordered through uber eats. Order was delayed so was cold when we got it. We were also missing apple slices out of my daughter's happy meal. Very disappointed.

We visited this morning on our way out of town, when we got out of town & traffic slowed, I opened bag & my Breakfast sandwich was there along with 4 napkins as ordered. However, my husbands was not. He ordered a egg McMuffin & it was not there. Also the lady that took our order NEEDS retrained. She was rude & sarcastic. Our receipt # is 1388
