I ordered a 40 piece nuggets and 2 large fries and I only got a 10 piece and one large fry. This location is a joke this happened literally a week ago as well and it happened again. Awful awful service.
Very friendly and fast. But although they design the place like a coffee shop where you can hang out for a few hours, they also have 10+ stickers all over the place limiting your stay to 30 minutes while eating food. Not the expectation you have at a typical McDonald's. 5 star service, 1 star rules.
Great value for an average burger. I've noticed a distinct increase in quality of Mcdonalds. This joint has a CEO that is worth his mcdoubles if you know what I mean. Those deals on the 2 for 5 or 6 I can't remember on the quarter pounders and the big macs are very good.
This is a very good McDonalds to go to. When it's busy it may seem like a long line but it actually goes by pretty fast and gets the people through.
One of the worst places in yakima to eat! they mess up the orders all the time. very rude people, unwilling to fix orders when they mess up. Its disgusting behind the counters most of the time not fresh trys. And when you ask for fresh frys they just through it back in the grease and call them fresh. The milkshakes are made of powder so that's not even real. Which there milkshake machine is supposed to be cleaned every day it's not when they say its broke down it's due to being dirty. This place is very disgusting
Do not go until they replace their staff...I order, pay for my meal, after attempting to give me the wrong order, I wanted to be honest and not take someone else's food. I inform the cashier that my order was incorrect. The cashier asked me if I paid for my food, I replied yes... she stands there looking at me like I was being dishonest. After a minute I was told to drive forward. I sat and waited a half hour for ONE ITEM just to have the "manager" and two employees huddle at the door like minions and laugh about it... They need help.
Sat in dirve thru for over 30 mins. I get that it gets busy, but I didn't even get to order. 30 mons went by and I just left.
Good food I can tell you that much just make sure you like McDonald's LMAO ?
Lousy service. Been coming here to this location since 2010. The workers do not care who arrives at the drive thru first. Then the make you pull into a reserved spot that is not available even though you only ordered 30 chicken nuggets / 2 fry's and a large drink while letting the person in front who ordered mass food stay at the window. Then when food came out they gave it to another customer. That customer yelled for her to come back. When she got back to that person's car she grabbed the food turned to my vehicle and was going to give it to me knowing that it was just in another person's vehicle. I told her I didn't want what she just got from the other customer because it was not safe. I will never come here again.
I Always Love cheap , fast, convenient food. If you download the McDonald's app , you can instantly get deals/coupons on you're next purchase (most likely anyways.)
