It is very obvious that the food was tampered with. My hamburger patties way overcooked burnt on one side the bun was soggy yet toasted there were crumbs all over every layer as if it had been dropped on the floor and picked up there was less than a dime size of sauce one Burger out of the two had a spit on the cheese and cold cheese and the other Burger had completely melted cheese not only were they not put together both the same they were sloppy and very obvious as somebody messed with the food thinking that they were funny I used to work from McDonald's I know exactly what the burger should have looked like I could tell if somebody did put it on the floor I'm spitting it
Not only were their shake machines broken but none of the drink dispensers worked either. Also, my fries were cold by the time I got home.Its been a while since I've been to a McDonald's and felt very uncomfortable in the restaurant. They've changed a lot over the years.
Great food. I just don't like how rude the young man was. He seems tired and over worked.
The better of the two McDonald's in the area. Much better. Food served hot, staff usually nice. Not overcooked or undercooked. 9/10 times, order is what you paid for.

Ordered Mc chicken, double cheese burger, medium fry, and large Dr Pepper, pay at first window, get to next window and guy didn’t know my order I told him the order had in it a double cheeseburger and mc chicken assuming he would do his job and see the rest. A lady brings me just my Burgers with no drink or fry, I was irritated and waited long enough already I had forgot to mention the frys. Got my large drink 1/2-3/4 full and hardly any ice. This is my 4th time in a row of bad experience there and it would be nice to get a correct order for my lunch break.
Food is still the same, but the dine in area wasn't just generic, but it was cold and uninviting. More like a community hospital cafeteria. No atmosphere. Almost too sterile.
They now serve the best Apple Fritters. OMG so good
Took forever to get out meal, the girl on drive thru seemed annoyed, and they missed part out order. Drive thru told us to check because they weren’t sure if we had everything, which you would think that’s what part of their job is to do.
Best McDonald's in Yakima. Busiest too. Two drive up ordering stations and to drive through pickup windows. Our order was perfect.
