Honestly, it's about expected from a McDonald's. Friendliness from the staff is about average, food is pretty much the same whichever one you go and there will be a customer throwing a fit about something minor 3 out of 10 times you go in. In this last instance, a man got upset (enough to raise his voice) that he received hot instead of mild picante sauce. It will be busy most of the day because of the location.
Ask for no onions get screwed on condiments! This location usually sucks. I come here a lot, why I don't know.
This really gets a zero. Your walk in customers will give you a zero. If I can't walk in and enjoy my coffee and get no service and some real rude manager.
Exactly what you expect at a McDonalds. They even help you with the app if your brain ceases to work momentarily. Tha ks guys.
This is a clean McDonald's with friendly employees. Food was hot and fresh. Our order came out relatively quickly for how busy they were. The order kiosks were not working, so that was kinda disappointing ? All in all a good experience.
U guys don't have good customer service I waited in drive thru line for thirty minutes. And watch multiple people take orders while my family sat in my car then when u brought the food it was wrong so I had to wait even longer then I called the the store and instead of finding my order or apologizing for the mess up whoever answered just sat there in silence I love mc Donald's man but that sucks to be treated this way
Average McDonalds with above average customer service. This location has good turn around and is fairly accurate with orders.
When ordering the lady stopped talking to me at the drive-through.. After waiting for 3 minutes I'm getting no response I drove forward to the window. After another 7 minutes waiting in line they finally came to the window and told me they didn't have what I ordered. So frustrating. Why waste my time?
Good quick service. Good staff but double check your order in any McDonald's places. Don't leave without getting what you pay for.I miss the old prices.
First we had trouble with the McDonald’s app, but I can’t blame them for that, the app claimed that some of the items were not available, which was all of our order and we ordered breakfast.So my mother had to go inside the place to say there was a problem. According to her, they were still serving breakfast (again it must have been the app) she then spoke with some people and they said they were gonna make it. When we get home, all the sandwiches besides 1 were with ham, even though they were supposed to be all sausage. And then 2 of the sandwiches were burnt on the sides.
