Not only disappointing food but also rude. We ordered a deep dish, got home and it was literally dough. Flopping over and soggy. You could roll that dough up and remake your own pizza. Ew. We drove all the way back and I explained the pizza was dough and was asked “well what do you wanna do about it.” (Mind you, the girl was rude from the start) Okay you wanna give attitude? Well first off don’t serve raw pizza. Second you can remake my pizza and make sure it’s cooked or third you can give me my money back. Rude service for me= no go. You can be nice and make a mistake (we all make them) and we’ll be just fine. But if you wanna have an attitude the whole time I won’t be back. Good luck to y’all cause you’ve never been it. Especially the Nob Hill location.

Today is Friday January 28, 2022 and I ordered pizza last night for dinner! As Covid is in a huge surge I need it known that little Caesars in yakima, WA on 24th and nob hill are not following health requirements! We went in around 9pm to pick up our orders as we had 2 orders totalling $53 and as we were waiting more customers had come in, the website says they are supposed to sanitize between visits and they clearly do not! In addition none of the 2 female workers wore hair nets or anything! Needless to say we found one of their hairs baked into our food! We are completely grossed out and will report this to the health department! I took a picture of the hair that ended up in my husband's mouth! ? We won't be returning and we better get some of our money back! I'm going to spread awareness of this grossness! I'm also going to be calling the corporate office to complain!

I have been waiting for 50 minutes for my 2 pepperoni pizza's. They said it would take 30 minutes. There is also a few people that have been waiting longer than I have. The people who are on shift look lost and no organization. The location on Hobhill Blvd

I placed my order from the app so I don't have to wait. I get there and I waited for an extra 15 min. I showed them that it was ready for pickup (15 min late) and I asked for it, they said it will be another 10 to 15 min. I stood and waited for 15 extra min watching people come in and place orders and get them before I was called. Need to say I cancelled my order and left. This is on Saturday October 2. Order was placed a little after 7pm it said it would be ready between 7:29 to 7:34pm I got the message saying that it's ready for pickup at 7:45pm I cancelled it at 7:52pm

Went 30 minutes after placing an online order that said it would take 20 minutes. Well it took about 45 minutes on top of that. The breadsticks were not cooked all the way nor my pizza, then they substituted part of the order with something i was not wanting. Pizza and breadsticks still doughy inside. Then tried to call no one answered. Used to be good and consistent. To top it off when i asked about how long my order was gonna be the dude just went to helping other people. Annoying!

Tried calling 5 times to place an order, no one answered the phone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I like to order in advance so I can wait the 30 min at home then go pick it up. There is no where to sit to wait there. And be honest about the wait time, I'm always told 10-15 min but it's always about 30 minutes, this last time I was told 5-10 min LOL(he was in training)

I had to call 7 times before they picked the phone up. I called again and the line was busy. It's bull when you can call the other little Caesars and they pick up right away.

This Little Ceasars Pizza has the worse service ever!… I went there today and ordered two of their most common pizzas, nothing complicated. They said it would be 15 minutes, so I waited even though I had groceries, which included ice cream in the car. After 25 minutes I asked about my order and again I was told 15 minutes… They knew I had been waiting and no one moved with any sense of urgency to at least make me feel like they were working on my order…. As I stood there for 45 minutes and watched people who ordered way after me getting their order. I became upset because they could see me waiting for my order, so I asked for the a manager… The manager had zero communication skills and after expressing my displeasure, he refunded my money and walked away. Like anyone, I thought he was embarrassed about the service and refunded my money for wasting my time and there would be no charge. So after waiting an additional 10 minutes he says he never intended to give me the pizza I ordered…. I could literally hear the cook in the back mocking that I had ice cream in the car… In the end I left without any pizza! When I asked for the store manager, they said we don’t give out numbers…. When I left I was so embarrassed and angry about how I was treated. They encourage veterans to dine there and this is the way we’re treated? So I went to Westside Pizza where I received excellent customer service and my pizza with limited waiting time. I paid a little more but it’s worth it if Little Ceasars treats their customers this way…
