I had a horrible experience with them very rude lady I ordered Takislocos but they gave me tostielocos I try to ask her if they can give me what I ordered but the lady started to yell. They made me pay for something I didn't order. And when I didn't want to pay for it they were forcing me to I was very afraid. Never going to that location again.BE CAREFUl!
This is a Mexican ice cream store which has also a fabulous item to go along. My kid loves going here because the ice cream is freshly made from them from scratch
wish i can give them a 0 star but that’s impossible, first off the muchacho didn’t even ask if naraly wanted chile or not so they give her the esquite and they put chile and naraly was so mad so we are very disappointed in their work?
Waited for a ridiculous amount of time around 30-45 minutes, mainly as a benefit of the doubt because I do understand when businesses are short staffed & attending to customers could become difficult;like 15 minutes I can wait without the worker mentioning to me that it'll take a while ,like I get it. BUT there's no reason why in my whole entire time of waiting,the girl with colored eyes & curly hair can't bother to ATLEAST let her customers know that it may take a while or she'll be with us shortly. Not to mention that when I arrived there were two people just chilling in the back room,which the room's door was slightly left open promptly as to not allow view any longer. ALSO to mention I said "Excuse me" & "Hey" in order to catch the girl's attention as she was slowly doing the currents customer's order but she acted like she didn't hear, which I'm sure she did, I just wanted to ask if they had anyone else that could attend to the couple that were in front of me & I. Once it was my turn she didn't even offer ATLEAST a sorry for the wait time, & neither to the couple. Won't deny that I wasn't irritated. Overall if you ever see that she's attending, good luck with her dense, pathetic & ridiculous customer service . Also to point out I wouldn't doubt if the other negative reviews about customer service are about her.

I swear the lady working there hates her job. She really needs to get get some customers manners. Also this place needs some good management. They always have one person working here thwy take for ever to attend just one person the lime quickly forms to 4 plus people. The paletas they have are good but it really needs management attention
Worst customer service! Went in yesterday around 6:30 pm after a very very long day of work, and decided to grab ice cream for my family. There was a gal outside eating at a table with a friend and a thinner gal inside. I went inside and the gal outside came inside DID NOT WASH OR SANITIZE HANDS and decided to take my order, in a hurriedly manner. I asked for a single scoop and she gave me the smallest scoop, which didn’t even touch the rim of the cup, so I asked her can I get a bigger scoop, it doesn’t matter if you charge me extra, and I want lids on all cups, she didn’t let me finish when she answered I can’t take it back, and she left the cup on the last fridge closest to the wall. I proceeded to ask for the rest ( triple, double, and two singles) which she would place on the last fridge. One after another I would tell her I wanted lids on all cups, and she would put the lids down on top of the fridge so that I would have to cover the cups. And then she went to the cash register and she gave me the total, I asked her for a bag because she hadn’t given me one, she gave me the bag, I went to go get all the ice creams to bring them to the cash register and put them in the bag myself. She then left and she had given me no spoons, so I went to where she was and asked her for spoons twice, she looked at me and completely ignored me, because she was helping another lady. So I went to the other gal and asked if I could get spoons, and let her know that the other gal was giving me bad service, to which she responded, well obviously if you’re going home you don’t need spoons, turned around, gave her back to me. Excuse me? Yah obviously you don’t need them, to which I asked her for her name, she didn’t want to give it to me at first and finally said Veronica. I have never been treated so poorly! I am paying for service and for spoons! You shouldn’t care or assume if I’m going home!
