I have been here a few times before and have never had this problem ANYWHERE before….my family and i went here for my sister’s birthday and I’m gonna be honest..it was perfectly fine at first. I really enjoyed myself and the food was great..until the end…. after we were done eating, we were just talking and laughing together and i had to use the restroom so i went. When i came back, my family were already leaving and i told them I haven’t gotten the check yet and they said that my dad had to pay for me because one of the waitresses threatened my parents that she’ll call the police for a “dine and dash”….i was gone for 10 minutes and i even left my purse on my chair….how are u going to assume someone dined and dashed and immediately call the cops on them without talking to their companions about it first??? My entire day was ruined. My dad was obviously very upset and continued to apologize and said he will pay for it. If they are tripping that much they should just charge before giving the food out. I will never eat here again.
Kyoto is wayyyyyy better in person. We ordered for take out and I just wasn’t that impressed. Everything just tastes better when it’s served fresh off a grill in front of you. I ordered what I always order, the filet of beef. It wasn’t seasoned very well and it just wasn’t very tasty. For almost $30 a pop I would expect it to taste amazing. Probably my biggest complaint is that they do not include any sauces, whatsoever. When they serve you by the grill you get the steak sauce and the veggie/seafood sauce. It is not included when ordering to go so make sure you ask during your order. So to sum it up…. Better in person, and don’t forget the sauce!!!

My first time going to a hibachi grill and man was it a hoot. So much fun! The food was delicious. Service in the restaurant is good but I think that might be the times we're in with staffing. Deffinelty go. I'll be back
Great atmosphere, service, selection, and the food is consistently delicious! Highly recommend the Hibachi for small parties, its very entertaining...

We sat at the grill. It was fun, delicious, and filling! I had the shrimp and scallop hibachi combination. The food was fantastic! Staff was friendly.
Service and jokes were excellent! Filet Mignon was cooked medium as asked, real tender. The shrimp was great as well.
Called ahead to reserve spots for the family and I, to celebrate a kiddos birthday. Arrived 5 minutes prior to time reserved and checked in. Then we watched the staff give our spots to a walk-in group and then they asked us to wait. Waited 30 minutes and still had no estimated time to be seated. Once kids were restless/crying had to leave. Big bummer. They said "it happens, try again tomorrow'.Don't think we will...
Awesome eats. Just one word of caution: if you're sensitive to mushrooms, don't order the shiitake roll. I did, and it wasn't pretty.
