I see I'm not the only customer that has had to deal with the incompetent employees at the 40th ave KFC. My order was 43.69 and was so over cooked dryer out everything was like petrified. I called ask for the store manager and what a joke she was the rudest person ever . I told her what our meal was all dried out like it was reheated from the day before. Biscuits were like rocks chicken was so dry the bones were exposed and looked black . This was the last time for us at the 40th ave KFC. The female who posed as the manager hung up on me when I told her why I was calling.
Every morning I get into my small sedan , and these people make my day, They always give out suggestions to help me . I love their fries , great staff
The food is good. However I can only afford this IF I have coupons!
Check Ur fries if u go thru drive thru.. They will give you cold hard fries !!!

We love KFC. We always order ‘to go’. We have for years endured the rudest , unprofessional treatment there, because we like the chicken! We live out in west valley so when they offer reimbursement or replacement for items missing, it’s impractical to leave the rest of our food and do that. We try to make sure our order is correct before we leave, but even that doesn’t always work because of cars behind. We’ve tried using another KFC location, but that makes the food cold for sure and still may be wrong. Years back when this happened, the manager delivered our missing items. Can we hope for improvement in service? Aren’t you losing business? Don’t your employees get tired of being yelled at by unhappy people?
Constantly serving burnt food or forgetting several items in my order. I used to love coming here but not anymore.
The food was good but the service could of been better. I was trying to decide what to order and the guy taking my order seemed to be rushing me.
Used the pickup option, but the order had mistakes in it. Food tasted great.
I ordered a 8 peice family meal and this is what we find when we get home tiny over cooked chicken and nasty dry biscuits even the potatoes had lumps in it and they tasted like instant flaked potatoes ? never again this place a joke!
