A&w is here so if you order large fries you're going to get the biggest large fries you've ever got.I order popcorn chicken large fries and a drink I was done with the chicken before I was done with the fries exhausted eating the fries but it was good FriesOh and a medium drink looks like a small then what we are used to so order a large
Ordered at 8:46pm, ended up being told to pull to the front, noticed the guy in the parking spot next to me was waiting for an order as well. The girl who brought the food out to the guy had to be sent back inside for something, the guy ended up taking a couple minutes looking through his bag when he probably noticed there was no food because he went to go inside where two female workers met him at the door with drinks but he talked to them about something wrong with the bag they handed him earlier. The workers went back inside and the guy went back into his car but was still waiting and looked frustrated. The worker bringing out the food was very nice but she went up to his car with a bag and asked if it was his, it wasn’t so she asked if it was ours and, it wasn’t. She went back inside for a couple minutes and came back out with what he ordered. She went back inside for a couple minutes again, and when she came back out she had our food and a medium drink when we ordered two small drinks. I let her know we didn’t have that drink and corrected her. I asked for utensils at the window but didn’t receive them so I had to ask for them again when she came out with our drinks a couple minutes later. We also barely got any of our sauces we asked for at the window. When we got home, we noticed our sandwich we asked to be plain, wasn’t and the mini corn dogs were caked in grease in the box, looked like they’ve been sitting in the box for. a minute. The girl was very nice who took our order and brought it out but they definitely need to work on speed and communication.
Worst KFC experience ever!!!Greasy, burnt chicken. Very little ice cream in my root beer float.5th Avenue KFC is a thousand times better!!!
9:40pm , 20min before closing this KFC had the worst customer service I asked for a Nashville hot chicken tenders and they told me they are currently out of chicken tenders ?, so I decided just to order 2 famous bowls and the popcorn chicken was Literally a chicken tender ripped up into smaller pieces not to mention the food was cold! Apparently they cared more about taking shortcuts than to make an easy order. Don’t bother wasting your money for low quality KFC food/service in the union gap area .
FYI, the A la Carte/single item chicken tenders are less expensive than the "bucket" tenders for all sizes.Additionally, only trust the prices that are listed on their official website and for the specific location (don't trust Google) or you will have a nasty surprise.

This location is the one locally that is a huge pain to place an online order to go. It does not come up in the KFC app. Only on third party apps. Got really irritated by that. I do have bad luck with online ordering at times though, so ya. Got over it. Hit the drive thru. Same as always with this location. Quick, correct order, and everything we ordered was so good.
Rude rude I had ordered a 12 pc meal ask for it to be all fresh and when I got my order it looked like it was the bottom of the pan and it wasn't even fresh at all very lumpy and old not even filled all the way I wouldn't but at this location again
Gracious drive thru cashier. I still can't believe this...I specifically asked if they had popcorn chicken and they gave me the meal number. What they gave me was the last 1/8 c. of crumbled popcorn chicken, a torn up chicken strip and a whole chicken strip. The little box of fries was consumed by a rogue onion ring. The root beer had run out of syrup and tasted terrible. Go elsewhere!
