Ordered a sandwich and a Chicken Cesar wrap. Only gave me the sandwich and still charged me for the wrap. I have called multiple times and have received no answer.
Excellent service, and they nailed our sandwiches. Leo, the general manager, and his staff were very friendly and helpful.
I regularly order here and have always had great customer services. I placed my order and they said it would be a 45 minute wait, which I agreed was fine. 45 minutes turned into over an hour. I finally called and instead of accepting responsibility for being late they started with a list of excuses and putting the blame elsewhere. I understand sometimes things are “out of your control” it’s not what happens but how you as a business decide to handle it and in this case, it was handled poorly.
Horribly put together subs. The bread needs to come all the way apart and stack the sandwich right for better eating. When you attempt to eat how they are making it you end up with one side of the sandwich a slop of veggies and the other side meat hanging out of the sandwich. Uneven and ultimately unpleasant eating. Silver lining is the bread is very good.
Every time I order a veggie,, they sent a turkey.. happened 2 out of 3 times. Add to that manager is very rude and would not honor redelivery and asks us to come pick up a new one. .Does not even apologize but says we are yelling when we are frustrated this happens. Excuse given is "we are human too" but that does not explain sending meat for a veggie person.. 2 out of 3 times is not human error. I called every time I order a delivery to confirm and was rudely told to not call the store because order will be sent as ordered. This is inspire of calmly calling the store immediately after placing the order clearly telling them the person the sandwich is being delivered to is a physician and that they only have 20 mins for lunch. But yet meat sandwich is delivered all the time when requested a veggie. I think they do it on purpose given the number of times it happened. Finally Manager yelled at me for complaining the same and so had to return it.. WOn't be returning to the store nor any of my delivery orders ever..Very very rude manager that cannot understand the frustration of a customer. Dude does not fit in the food industry if he cannot stand complaints or criticism that too after repeated mistakes. The first time they did it,, I was very very polite and understood that this stuff happens but if you love your turkey sandwich so much go eat it yourself rather than sending it a person that repeatedly requests veggie sandwich. Very very rude. Owner needs to investigate.
Think you guys could update your hours so they are accurate online? Was going to use my free birthday sandwich a few days ago and I was ordering according to what your hours said. Couldn't get my free sandwich. I order from you guys fairly often... tried again tonight and happened again. Please update your hours. Kind of sucks looking forward to something twice in a week and both times failing.

The bread is very good. Personally like this way more than subway just because of the bread. The chips aren't that good but its fine
Good fast sandwich but owners ridiculous big game hunting is off-putting.
