I placed my order at 11:59pm and just got my meal at 1:35pm. I ordered two pickels with my sandwich because my daughter loves them and I only had one with my order. I also didn't get extra tomatoes or mayo packets as i had requested online. I don't feel like it is too much to ask that people review the receipt when they pack the bag the number of items and price are obviously different. I'm not really upset about the time it took, even though 'freaky fast delivery' is obvious not what they have going on I can understand they likely were busy and maybe short staffed. I never mind really waiting but I do expect my order to be right. Just dissapointed but my sandwich was good regardless and my daughter loved her one pickle she got about 45 minutes after she ate her lunch.
Called to check on late order, said it just came in even though it had been closer to 45mins, asked for any compensation for their error or confirmation they could be “freak fast delivery” this time and the manager said no absolutely not and would now delete the order.
Really aggressive staff, intolerant of different people. Never ever had an experience like that at any other Jimmy John's. Drive a few minutes to another location. Wow.
The workers were very unpleasant, acted like I was scum. There was trash everywhere outside and numerous homeless people roaming about as I was eating my 2/10 sandwich that was made with way too much mayonnaise.
the worst service ever!! I ordered by phone spoke w/ a Brianna and she repeated back to me my order as i ordered it!! never once stating they don't make a lil'dude for orders #12. so now they dont refund it because ive opened my chips and drank some of my beverage. so this will be the last time i do business there!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancee and I were walking up and realized we forgot a mask and were asking each other if they might have one they could give us. As we're talking to each other an older worker walks by us, opens the door, and says in the rudest way possible. "No we don't have one and you can't come in without one." Mind you, we just spent $30 or so there and we were just trying to pick up our food. Won't be going back, sadly.
Had the unwhich with chicken salad for the first time it was very yummy!
Slow and unpleasant. It was not busy at all and they took forever to get my sandwich out and the staff was horribly unfriendly. I usually love all Jimmy John’s wherever I travel. This one is a dud.
The food didn't have much In it, the drinks i order had a hair in it not sure how that even is possible and just bad quality in food. Never ordering here ever again.
My favorite sandwich shop. Puts subway to shame, sorry Jared, not sorry.
