This place is awful, both Jack in the Boxes in Yakima are the worst. The jumbo jacks are ALWAYS $6.50 a piece, 2 for $5 everywhere else in America for the last 10 years. They ask you to pull around front when there is nobody in line, they always forget the ranch and they are the only Jack in The Boxes I’ve been to in 8 states that has RAN OUT of ranch. They are consistently out of stock of whatever menu item you want. Don’t go to Jack in the Box in Yakima, it’s not the same as everywhere else. Well I mean.. go if you don’t believe me, all of those things will happen to you haha do it.
Needed to use bathroom (emergency) and not only was it locked but the person working there refused to give key without a purchase. They do not care about people at this company. They just care about money and will extort you to get it. I understand locking a bathroom in a bad neighborhood but not letting the public use it without a purchase is without compassion. I will never stop at a jack in the box again.
So I went there around 10:30 pm I went threw the drive threw a guy told me it was closed but I clearly seen coworkers outside talking to other car that that was parked there. I know it’s open 24 hours. So something wasn’t right. I’m going to call and ask later tomorrow I personally hate this Jack in the box I was going to get my daughter something. Thanks a lot unmotivated guest relations employees.
Stopped in for lunch today. The card reader was not working, and I do not carry cash. I offered to wait in the parking lot, but the manager stepped in and gave me my lunch for free. The cashier, Laura, was grace under pressure and very nice. Thank you for your kind service. Also the salad was very fresh.
Updated review OBVIOUSLY I should have read the reviews prior. But I was starving and just had got I to town was looking for my hotel and should have been open everywhere else was at least listed as closed if I had known they closed early I would have had time time find a grocery store or something. Especially if I had read this seems to be AN ONGOING PROBLEM AT THIS PLACE. So because I wasted my time attempting to get food here rather than finding a store or something I was extremely sick all night cause I hadn't eaten. And I didn't mention it before cause it didn't seem relevant at time until I read previous reviews and when I went as well there were people standing out on side of building and was odd placed cones which was confusing. Nit positive it was staff but my situation seemed very similar to many others and they were months apart so it's apparent NOTHING IS GETTING FIXED AT THIS LOCATION!!Ridiculous. Closed at least half hour before closing time, was rude at drive thru intercom as if I should have known this. Gave no reason why closed early.This is not first time I have experienced this with jack in the box but it was not the same location. 2 times other times all diff locations between yakima and Tricities wash
What a joke. Open 24 hours. Sit in line to order for almost 15 minutes. Finally get to order to be told they are out of food and not taking orders even though car in front of me got to order. Then I am stuck in their drive through as there are 3 cars behind me and the other car in front of me. Don't go to this Jack in the Box or the one on Tieton and 40th unless you like to be greatly disappointed!
The food was way better than I thought. I paid 8 dollars for a burger fries and drink.
They are always fast, They have an awesome Manager...He is always friendly and quick to make it right
I ordered 2 number 7s and I got this, it was also super cold get better workers smh
