Great bubble tea and rolled ice cream. Open the store up for seating. It's time!!!!
First time coming over here tried the boba pretty tasty but not my thing definitely would recommend this place if you like boba tea. Also tried the ice cream yum
Boba is 50/50. Tends to be hard and not chewy half the time, as if it is stale. Drinks taste good. Just don't get the boba.
Ice-cream was good but the boba tea was okay. Since there are more boba shops slowly opening in Yakima they should step up their game. Their boba tea isn't all that great. Stay for the ice cream and fruity teas though. I recommend the peach oolong tea.
50 minutes to get 2 drinks. Disappointed also drinks were tastless.
I was disappointed to see only two employees on a Saturday night. The ice cream is so good and always looks pretty, but the indoor seating still not open and we had to wait close to 25 mins for our order to be done.Very sorry the experience is so negative because the ice cream is really good ?
Customer service was awful, the girl at the counter didnt even make eye contact with us or say anything to us. I got the oreo milk tea, and it was literally like drinking watered down 2% milk with mushy oreos at the bottom. Disgusting. Save your money or go somewhere else.
We went in and tried 5 different drinks. They were all kind of slimy and chemical tasting. We were very disappointed with the drinks and the level of service.
Need to open in door dining room! Took my kids here for ice cream and they made us take it to go. Who wants their kids eating ice cream in their car? Ice cream was good but inconvenient.
the tea is watery, and it takes so long to actually get your drink cause they are two workers at a time in there. go to bubble and co. they slay ever time
