Good, my parents have gone here for about 10 years,People say she's rude when she's just straight forward and just trying to do her job. She's only messed up our order one time that was probably on my dad though. Amazing food tho

Service was not that great. Server grabbed the order without waiting for anybody to say what they wanted that might be different. Had a hard time getting the server's attention when we needed something. Would have understood if the place was busy but there were only two other booth that had people.

My mom and I went to this place since it's pretty close and the lady is very rude this wasent the only time and usually we thought she had a bad day but everytime we went she was rude towards my mom when she was awnsering a little question if I could give a 0 I would custom service isn't great st all wouldn't recommend.

Worst food I have ever had, over priced, the egg foo young looked like a frozen- pre-made patty that had no gravy, small portions for the price and the lady was very rude that took my order!!! Never again!!

WORST service ever! Went to order take out today, walked in and asked the lady at the counter if they were open (not a single soul inside). I didn’t notice at first when I asked but she was on the phone, I waited respectfully until she got off the phone to ask again to make sure they were still taking orders. She hangs up the phone and yells at me that she told me three times that they were open, she rolls her eyes at me and gestures with her arms. I didn’t even order at that point, told her she was being rude and walked out. No wonder there was no one in the restaurant! Can’t imagine the food being any good if someone that miserable runs the place.

love the food there owner does yell but who am I to complain that it might be that's how they communicate with each other she is never rude to the customer it is a family ran restaurant that's like telling other how they should talk to there own family I will keep going there because they have the best food in Yakima to me at least.

This is the 2nd time that I have visited in the last year. The lady that is older is pleasant and friendly. The younger 35-40ish is and has ALWAYS been rude. I thought maybe she just had a bad day, but she has always been rude and cuts you off while you are talking. This has happened too many times and I will not be spending money to get mediocre flavored food and be treated so poorly.

Stopped for lunch about 15 minutes after the restaurant opened. The lady behind counter seemed argumentative that I wanted to be seated instead of getting my food to go. Told me to put my mask over my nose even though I was wearing the mask. Sat me in the dining area with the lights off. Did not ask me if I wanted anything to drink, just supplied ice water. Brought the food out and served it on the other side of the table away from me and acted like I had leprosy. I was almost finished when another family of four came in. She then decided to turn the lights on and proceeded to tell me..."You take long time, You take a long time" and then acted like she wanted to take my plate. I commented to the other family that she was pretty rude. The lady came back over and demanded to know "what did you say? What did you say?!" She was rude, argumentative and seemed angry I was in their establishment. I paid the bill and left. She has been rude in the past, but since I had not been there since Covid hit, I figured I would give them a try again. Food is hot and not bad, but the main lady behind the counter is pretty rude and makes for a pretty bad atmosphere with her attitude.

I called to order for pick-up and got hung up on both times. I asked for an item on the menu, then asked for a recommendation to what would pair well with it. The individual replied "you'll have to look at the menu, I don't understand you, sorry" and hung up. Part of it was likely a language barrier since the individual spoke in a heavy asian accent. However, a better attempt at customer service is expected but not present.
