Call ahead for convenient pickup, because yes, the food is made fresh ONCE YOU ORDER IT. They literally have a sign posted saying not to expect fast food speeds. The burritos are the only meal you'll need all day for some $9, and delicious to boot. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, I've been here just about once a week for a long while now, haven't noticed any quality drop-off.
I went to this taco truck based on recommendations from friends and family and I was not disappointed. The tacos were very good the rice and beans were excellent as well as the horchata!
Every time we've given this truck a chance it takes at least 30-40 minutes to get our food. It's frustrating to see other people show up after us and get their food first, especially since we're not ordering anything complicated. (Chicken tacos, and an asada torta.) I understand people call in orders but even people who ordered after us got their food first. It doesn't taste bad, food is actually pretty good. I personally think the beans inside the tacos are an odd touch for a taco truck. The salsa isn't very consistent with our trips here. One time it was nice and spicy, another it was pretty plain. The sides they give you with your order are also nice, but odd. With the tacos they gave me lettuce, cucumber, and tofu? And of course you have your regular roasted jalapeño, grilled onion, radishes, and lime as well. The rice and beans are good, their beans have the whole beans in them which I love. Overall, the food is good but the wait time is pretty ridiculous. The wait time is what keeps us from coming back just because it's happened with every visit we've had.
Great food and friendly service. They plated everything for us and added a nice little cheese stick (queso fresco) with other nice toppings. 10/10 would come here again. Thanks for the bomb experience.
Needed a quick snack and grabbed a couple Carne Asada Tacos. They are a bit above typical featuring beans, cheese, radish, carrots along with onion and cilantro. I think they just offer one red sauce and it was adequately spicey. It would be nice if you could pay with phone. Friendly fast service.
Excellent Tacos in Yakima! We will definitely be coming back. We had the adobada & asada Tacos. They give you plenty of meat and toppings. The sauces are great too. Friendly service and great food ?

I literally had to wait 17 minutes for one taco. That was $2.50 with tax which they had no pork to make it with...tasted like corn tortillas with Nalleys Chilli, carne asada meat... I don't know what I got but it was not Carne asada!! It should have came with beans and cheese. And what's up with that big white think???? Tofu?? I ordered meat?? DONT BOTHER EATING HERE..... :)
1st time ordering spicy pork tacos from here the meat was burnt, every taco had crispy burnt meat wasn't good at all
