The manager made my drink bottom heavy so I ask very politely to remake the drink but not half empty. The manager remade the drink but filled the cup with half of chocolate syrup. I can't have lots of sugar let alone 10 ounces of chocolate syrup. I was a every day customer....was.
I go everyday. They see me pull up and already is starting my order. Great people to talk to as well and a big smile on their face

Love Dutch bros. Cheapest coffee in town. You can add all the flavors with no extra cost. They have an app. If they screw up your dink in anyway they fix it no problem immediately. Always friendly staff.
Just not the atmosphere I am accustomed to. Too young for me. Didn't like the choice of music. I guess I'm too old for the music and atmosphere you're trying to create.
