Wonderful staff and always with a smile on their face. Makes me feel welcomed to be recognized and acknowledged as a customer. Three hearty cheers to a wonderful bunch.
I called, and got the actual store not the call center, to order my usual pizza. It was always the same price but when the order was done the charges were over $10.00 more. I had the man repeat the charges 3 times to ensure that I was not mistaken. He then transferred me to another place to take my card information, something new. I could barely understand this person, so I hung up. I got on the net and checked the cost of my order, and I was right. I was over charged over $10.00. I called the Store directly, and again went to the store not a call center. A person name Sarah answered. I asked to speak to the manager, and she refused to let me speak to anyone. She said that I must have been dealing with the call center, but I called back, again, and Sarah answered. I told her I know what they are doing, and I am reporting them. She then started yelling like I was making threats and being rude to her, which I was not at all. When I told her to calm down that I wanted to speak to a manager not an order taker and she said, "Then talk to me". I reminded her that she said that she was not a manager now she says that she is a manager. I again told her that someone, at this number, was over charging my card and she got angry all over again. I told her I would be speaking to the manager tomorrow and hung up.
Worst pizza I ever had. The pizza came within 5 minutes, not enough time to even cook it. It was badly burnt, dried out with no sauce on it. I called for a replacement and asked if they would make sure there was sauce on it .The 2nd not much better, cheese was dried out and no sauce. Taking a bite was like eating old cheese on a four tortilla. Both pizzas went in the trash.Will never order from them again.
Sometimes when I’m hungry in. School and the food sucks I order pizza so it comes at the time I got home
I was very disappointed in my experience at dominoes. The employees were rather annoying and didn’t communicate properly. The manager told me that I could only order 5 pizzas because they were out of dough. As soon as I finished ordering, new customers walked in and got large pizzas before me. I’m not sure if this is a minority thing but I definitely deserve a refund for my party being ruined.
This is my go to pizza delivery favorite, always good food so far!!
I love the west valley domino's pizza they have been great since they moved into the the area. Trista is a amazing employee. She always does her best to provide great service to her customer's. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you trista
Good food, cold drinks...after 15 years of buying hundreds of pizzas etc from this location, it may be time to look else where.The customer service is gone !Everything is 20%off but they refuse to give it to you and even deny to honor the daily special price... I don't get it !
Great service , quick delivery and amazing food
We have had nothing but trouble from this store. We have a had an order that ‘didn’t exist’ even though it was paid for and had a confirmation, an order delivered but never showed up at the house (we have exterior motion sensor cameras), an order that wasn’t started for 3 hours after calling multiple times saying it was already in the oven, and every time there is something missing or incorrect with the order. Would not recommend.
