I was very pleased with my visit and experience last night in Yakima, Wa. I’ve been to plenty of Dennys mainly in California, but Melissa’s great energy and welcoming smile top them all. Very clean restaurant and restroom. Great atmosphere. Food was delicious and Melissas friendly service and suggestions were great and helpful. We will for sure be back!!
Left sitting for 90 mins. We had to ask for water multiple times, it arrived about 30 mins agter seating. Finally left after waiting being told there was "one more order ahead of us" 90 minutes in. Restaurant was only about half full. Still charged for our drinks... which seemed pretty ridiculous considering the inconvenience. Will not be returning.
6/11/2022 3pm. Arrived, very few customers. The waiters were too busy talking amongst themselves to see us standing waiting to be sat. Finally someone strolled over and sat us down. The couple in the back of us in line got attended to first and ordered before us. Finally I had to get up and interrupt their little sit down (the waiters) and ask for help.Food was lukewarm but edible. We had to ask for a refill and was asked "refill for...??"Definitely needs improvement.
i love this dennys everyone is here is very friendly and they are great team and my food was very delicious and hot the restaurant was super clean.
they won't supply the right gloves for their cooks so the cooks don't wear gloves. 40 min wait times. just a God awful place to eat. gross gross gross
The free birthday grand slam didn’t work for me. Bummed. Thought they would do a workaround since the app wasn’t working but unfortunately not. The waitresses were nice though. Ended up not eating there since the free grand slam was the only reason we went. I’ve had good experiences there prior.
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever had, It took them 5-7 mins to sit us down when there was no wait list and plenty of seating. Majority of their tables were still filled with peoples dirty dishes. Our food took 30-45 mins to get to us half of my food wasn’t hot whatsoever. Our waitress was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers instead of checking on her tables she also forgot my stepdaughter’s fruit and lied that someone else plated our food when I sat there and could see her she was talking to her coworkers. If I could give no stars I definitely would. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!
Clean, excellent service, food was great, the chicken fried chicken portion was 2 large thick breaded chicken breasts, choices of 2 sides, the T-Bone steak was cooked to perfection at medium rare. A must go to restaurant. ??
The food sit on the counter for 20 minutes before we got it it was cold and the waitress was outside playing with her kids and there was only two parties in the restaurant besides us Denny's is normally pretty good but not the one on 40th
Cooks were arguen and blaming eachother about nobody making coffee. The service is slow, people got their food before us and they showed up after. Their was only two of us too smh didn't have silverware and 50min wait for two orders is beyond ridiculous.
