Awful fish sandwich.breads dry, fish cold not cooked all the way . And I always see people lined up so I thought I would try. Not.... very disappointedand I went today 4-6 2020 if I could take pic i would.
Eat there 100+ times a year. 90% of the time they get it right. Like how fry's aren't fishy like other dq I've been to. Very important

The drive thru takes a long time to get through; always a long line. I tend to just walk in, as I only want an ice cream cone. I've gotten 2 incorrect orders in the past year from here, but outside of this, the staff is very nice and accommodating.
For the past couple of years everytime I go there there's always something wrong with my order. I usually get blizzards and there's only toppings on the top the rest is just ice cream. Tonight I went and they didn't even put in one of the toppings that was supposed to be in it. What really irritates me is that my favorite blizzard is the extreme with no brownies and they hardly put any cocoa fudge. There should be enough that it basically turns the vanilla ice cream to chocolate but they barely put enough in for me to taste it. This is why I don't come anymore.
Month of October 2 small blizzards came to $8.43 with tax. Has been that way through the pandemic. Inflation is growing but DQ doesn’t have to participate. Our incomes are not climbing like your profits. 2 Small blizzards now $9.08. Time to stop supporting blizzard sales.
Food was good, service was terrible. Not one smile in the place. I asked for a tray manager pulled a filthy tray out from under a stack of glove boxes and sets my food on it. Manager wasn't even bothered when I told her how gross that was.
Terrible customer service. Staff is all smiles with each other, rude to customers. Asked for a tray, the manager pulled a dirty tray out from under a stack of gloves and put my food on it. when I told her how gross that was she shrugged and slid it back under everything. Awful.
