Spent over $10 in French fries alone not including all the ice cream my 6 kids got I get all the way home approximately 10 miles away to realize the phrase to realize the fries were raw not cooked saggy greasy completely raw in the center so I call and the manager says hold on to your receipt because I explained I don't live close and I don't Even go to Yakima once a month. Hence why she said hold on to my receipt but a bunch of Hispanic Boys and one Hispanic man working there I guess a little white girl looking for I was looking to scam them out of 2 large fries. I guarantee if I was Hispanic they would have did it in a heartbeat they always treat us like scum (YES Hispanics can be racist towards white people too, Even though I have lots Of hispanics in my family!). Like I need to scam you out of 2 large fries???
Absolutely terrible service and undercooked food. They over charged me and when I confronted them about it they said quote "you only get good deals like that if the person working is cool" . This will be my last time coming to this location and after being a customer for over 10years its pretty sad how they allow such employees to work here. They also had me pull over and wait for over 25mins. You would think they would at least cook the food fully but guess again. My cheese curds were still cold in the middle and the exterior was soggy. Wasted $26 and an hour of my time smh
This business is a thief. Avoid at all costs! On May 24th I went through the drive-thru and was charged twice for my order. I immediately returned and let them know. The manager on duty, Victor was completely dismissive and was adamant that I was not overcharged. I kept on eye on my transactions and noticed I was never credited back for my double charge. On May 31st, I contacted a different manager on day shift and was told to come in any time for a refund. Today I was in the neighborhood and stopped by for my refund. I was denied my refund by the manager on shift, Victor. Again, he was dismissive and condescending. He refused to provide me with a phone number for corporate to file a complaint. He told me I’d have to come in during the day when the owner is there. Why should I have to miss work to remedy a mistake made by them? They would not allow me to steal from them but can absolutely steal from me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Overall average service, the food was as expected for a Dairy Queen location and the blizzard was good. My biggest issue is the bathrooms, they don't need cleaning, they need ACTUAL maintenance. The water pressure in the sink is high, the door does not lock from the inside and sometimes the toilet will take over 20 seconds to start flushing.
The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. My favorites 6 dollar meal. I stop at D Q when I am in Yakima. Easy access to the freeway is a plus.
We had a couple dipped cones and they were yummy and hit the spot.
Not a real DQ! Does not meet any of Dairy Queen franchises standards. Food is disgusting over priced, owner/manager is very unprofessional and does not hold the employees to any. Won't ever return here
Place was clean, not busy, but very slow. Not much personality with the gal taking orders.
Honestly the food is good, but the service isnt the best and the bathrooms are closed. I literally seen a child peeing in the parking lot... the mom looked so embarrassed, but I get it! When a kid has got to go, they gotta go... this location can do better...
Got some molded bread with our meals Don't eat there that place is disgusting!!! Called talk to the manager he just said sorry didn't offer a refund or any solution to this issue.
