It was almost 5 pm, no other vehicles in line. Placed my order. The girl at the window was very nice, however, the fries were cold, the burgers were not hot/fresh. Lots of gooey mayo and mustard inside the wrap, the lettuce was brown. I can see why they are never busy. Very poor quality and handling of the food. Won't go back...
This is by far the worst place , what started as a good thing has now become the last place alternative. While trying to order i got a person who appeared to be annoyed and in a hurry. And after my order was done she just didn't say anything. I pulled up and when she charged me it was wrong and she said it was my fault, but didn't fix it, instead called another worker and just said deal with this guy. And she thru up her hands. I cancelled my order and told him (the coworker) what I wanted and she came back and just started ill give you your change. This was the manager Barbara. No Profesional
Worst costume service I've had in a long time picked up out food got home to find an item missing when we called about the missing item the worker explained "people have been pulling fast ones we know we packed it" then hung up yet hear I am a paying customer with one missing item I've paid and will not be receiving aperently we will not be going back
Horrible place to get food, one of the workers Alejandra Lopez i met here.Just straight up ignored me. Later I found out she dated a better looking guy. Maybe if I was better looking customer service would been 5 stars.Also around 2012 a co-worker named Elvia Barajas tried to get me fired after driving me after work to my house at midnight
Okay I have always had good service good customer service. I gave it 3 because today I was missing 3 small fries from a 58 dollar Oder just so the manager can say I got them :( . Next time they should check the cámaras and not accusing a loyal customer so disappointed.
Always delicious! One star is missing as they shorted us 2 burgers and when I called, no one returned my call. That was ten bucks. :/ Oh well.
This is not the 1st time this location gives me a cold patty. 14$ combo meal with 5 crisp cut chips a McDonald's McChicken is about the same size of you jalapeños burger. Also they never have fry sauce.
I ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich, first off bacon was like rubber, sausage looked like it was over cooked and then left under a heat lamp for an hour, and it was cold ?♂️.Sooooo dry, no sauce at all on it, hands down the most dry sandwich I've ever had.I won't be returning to this location ever
The food as been great every time I've been. The Dr Pepper not so much and the prices can be a bit ridiculous. A large Spicy Western combo, 9 piece jalapeno popper, and a Sante Chicken sandwich was nearly $30. I know prices and wages are up but this was the normal for Carl's Jr before Covid. The employees are not in there making the patties and cutting the fries. Bring the prices down a bit.
Number 1, soggy and flat. More mayo and ketchup than patty. Fries were old and stale.
